This apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (with lift) of a small luxury chalet residence surrounded by a garden and located 5 min by foot from the town centre. It is Southeast-exposed, it enjoys wonderful views of the Drus and the mountain range of the Mont Blanc Massif and it is very quiet. There is an access to the slopes of Le Brévent from a cable car located behind the residence. There is a skis storage room and a private parking under the residence. It is very well equipped: colour television and hi-fi system as well as dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and fondue and raclette machine in the kitchen.

The property is very well...

The property is very well located, near the city centre and near ski slopes. The parking space in basement was a plus as it is very difficult to find places to park. Good price also. It was very clean when we arrived, and the owner and the caretaker were very helpful. Although 6 peoples can sleep in the property, I would not recommend it for more than 4 people in winter, as it lacks spaces to put the ski clothing to dry (if you are beginners like us and will get your closes wet with the falls), and to be honest, this was our only problem as we were a group of 5 people. A washing machine would also be good to have.

L'appartement est bien équipé mais un peu vieillot.En revanche une arrivée tumultueuse, après être resté coincé dans l'ascenseur pendant plus d'1h avant l'arrivée des pompiers, nous avons constaté pour couronner le tout, que l'on nous avait pas communiqué le bon code d'accès de la porte d'immeuble...... début de séjour très décevant...

Appartement très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied (centre-ville, gare Montenvers, Aiguille du midi, etc) et plusieurs lignes d'autobus à proximité (arrêt Mummery et Place Mont-Blanc). L'équipement est complet, on manque de rien. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans la chambre et lits confortables. Très grande salle de bain et douche ayant une bonne pression d'eau. Le propriétaires est très gentil et prodigue de bons conseils. La personne responsable de l'accueil est très aimable et serviable.

Séjour agréable à Chamonix dans cette résidence située à quelques pas du piétonnier, dans un clos calme et bénéficiant d'une belle vue sur la montagne. Le parking sous-terrain est particulièrement pratique. Contacts très efficaces avec le propriétaire et les personnes référentes sur place. Lit bébé mis à disposition. Draps et ménage final en option. Pas de terrasse. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Chamonix.

"Le site internet de l'annonce est remarquable. Nous avons été très gentillement accueillis par un jeune couple très sympathique. L'accès est des plus aisés. L'appartement est admirablement bien situé : A moins de 2 minutes du Savoy (Ecole de ski), à proximité des commerces, et adjacent au club des Piou-Piou. L'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel. La résidence est calme et bien fréquentée. Quant à la vue, nous avons pu admirer de splendides couchers de soleil flamboyants sur les Drus et les Aiguilles ! Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment formidable dans ce petit appartement que nous recommandons sans hésitation."
