Maravillosa terraza con vistas al lago

Lo ideal sería que el centro ya sólo 10 minutos a pie del centro. El apartamento está situado en la planta superior de la casa, sino que se accede por una entrada lateral independiente y hay que subir un tramo de escaleras. El mobiliario es todo nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina antiadherente marca excelente. La limpieza de todo el apartamento está cuidado y la ropa de cama y toallas son de excelente calidad. La gran terraza con vistas al lago es ideal para relajarse, tomar el sol, cene arrullado por las luces y la música que proviene de las instalaciones de la orilla del lago.

Beautiful getaway

Patrizia was a wonderful host, she went above and beyond and waited up for me and my parter to arrive at the property 2:30am. She gave us great reccommendations for the local area and was readily available on whatsapp when we had any questions. The view from the terrace really is breathtaking and the property was extremely clean too. The pictures on the listing dont do it justice, it was a perfect place to spend our holiday. We will be coming back soon :)

We were amazed by the place. Beautiful and cozy, with great view from terrace and every bedroom window. Patricia is very easy to communicate with, thoughtful and caring host. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Patrizia, la terrasse est magnifique, très calme, transats disponibles, le logement était conforme à nos attentes, très propre, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. A préciser, la climatisation est en supplément ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Baveno

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Trotz Dachgeschoss und Anfang Juli brauchten wir keine Klimaanlage. DIe Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Den Zug haben wir nur ein oder zweimal gehört, und das auch nur weil er gehupt hat. Nachts bellen oft Hunde ohne Grund, teilweise stundenlang. Ohrstöpsel haben geholfen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Ein paar mehr Steckdosen wären hilfreich. Und wichtig auch zu wissen, es gibt nur einen Adapter für die italienischen Stromstecker. Wir haben ihn abwechselnd für den Föhn und den Wasserkocher benutzt. Schön war der CD Player mit Vivaldis 4 Jahreszeiten :-) Die Mülltrennung gestaltet sich schwierig da es nur ein Vorsortiergefäß gibt.Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und hat einen großen Einbauschrank und zusätzlich eine große Kommode. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind. Der Parkplatz ist etwas klein, wir haben gerade so drauf gepasst. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hafen von Baveno. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Stresa. Wir mussten eine Zusatzgebühr von 30 Euro für die Reinigung bezahlen, die uns überrascht hat weil wir sie nicht auf dem Inserat gelesen hatten. Die Klimaanlage kostet bei Nutzung nochmal 10,- extra pro Tag. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Terrasse avec vue magique sur le lac Majeur

Séjour réussi dans l'appartement de Patrizia et sa terrasse avec vue magique sur le lac Majeur. On peut y prendre tous les repas et profiter des chaises longues. En quelques minutes à pied on rejoint la promenade du bord du lac et le centre-ville de Baveno. Appartement tout seul au dernier étage mais avec un accès indépendant et une place de stationnement. Les trains de la voie ferrée ne sont pas dérangeants en journée mais peuvent réveiller tôt le matin si on dort fenêtres ouvertes. Plusieurs petits chiens du voisinage ont parfois tendance à aboyer pour un rien (mais pas la nuit). La pièce séjour-cuisine-salle à manger est un peu sombre, on est plus naturellement tenté de séjourner dans la grande chambre qui a les 2 portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse. La climatisation se trouve d'ailleurs dans cette pièce. Le petit lit pour enfant en hauteur a eu beaucoup de succès ! A noter que pour le moment, il n'y a pas de lave-linge opérationnel ce qui peut être gênant pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine. Enfin, nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les conseils de Patrizia, qui en plus parle le français.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieterin Patricia ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung war so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sehr sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, mit einer sehr schöner Terrasse und einem super Blick auf den See. Die Lage ist gut, etwas erhöht, ruhig, am Hang. Eine Bahnstrecke verläuft unterhalb des Hauses in einen Tunnel. Die Züge waren zwar zu hören, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Bäcker sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso der Bahnhof und der Schiffsanleger. Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung war mir etwas zu eng für mein Auto.

Een mooi appartement met een schitterend uitzicht.

Schoon appartement , groot genoeg voor twee volwassenen en een of twee niet al te grote kinderen. Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig. Het dakterras is ruim en er is bijna altijd zon en schaduw. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Patrizia is een zeer hartelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nice Apartment with fantastic view

The apartment was very comfortable with excellent wi-fi, all the amenities needed, and a lovely terrace overlooking the town and lake. Patricia was very warm and welcoming as well as checked in on me a few times to make sure I had what I needed for my stay. The parking is a bit tight as the apartment is on a narrow road, yet it is easy to walk into town if you come without a car. I would recommend this apartment for anyone coming to visit Baveno.

Très bien

L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et propre. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Patrizia nous a très bien accueilli. Sous la terrasse (très agréable aussi), il y a une ligne de chemin de fer avec un peu de traffic. C'est supportable. L'appartement est équipé de double vitrage mais on entend quand même les trains passer. Baveno est très bien situé pour aller visiter les îles Borromées, une splendeur absolue. Sur le plan commercial, il y a peu de petits commerces et les supérettes ne sont pas extraordinaires, mais on trouve quelques bons restaurants comme La Posta. Sinon ,il vaut mieux faire quelques courses à Stresa. Globalement, on est enchanté de notre séjour et du rapport qualité prix de l'appartement. Si vous avez le temps on vous recommande d'aller faire un tour à Orta San Giulio, un magnifique village sur le lac d'Orta à une petite demi-heure de Baveno.

Great location, great view and had everything we needed

An excellent apartment for the two of us. The balcony overlooking Baveno and the Lake has great views and was perfect for breakfasts and evenings. The appartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning in the bedroom and Wi-fi. It’s a short 10 minute walk into Baveno with its range of restaurants from take away pizza through to top end. There is a fairly steep hill involved, though. Baveno has small and medium sized supermarkets and a few other shops as well. Several activities locally and easy to get to others further afield. Thank you Patrizia, we had a wonderful time.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, die Aussicht von der Terrasse so schön wie auf dem Foto!!!! Die Vermieterin Patrizia spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Baveno und werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!

Wonderfully equipped apartment

A fabulous, comfortable apartment with amazing terrace overlooking the lake. About 10 minutes walk from the centre of Baveno, (downhill into town, steep uphill on the way back!) Patrizia was extremely helpful, and gave valuable advice on local attractions, of which there are many. We arrived by train and used the ferries and bus to explore this lovely area. Would highly recommend! The house is next to the railway line, and you cannot ignore the trains, but we didn’t find the noise intrusive. A beautiful location, friendly people, and overall a brilliant holiday. Many thanks Patrizia!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Für zwei Personen ist sie ideal. Die grosse Terrasse mit Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft. Großartig

Schöne Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Alles da, was man braucht und alles gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Terasse mit super Blick auf den Ort und den See. Den Zug unterhalb des Hauses hört man zwar, aber das Rauschen stört überhaupt nicht. Patrizia ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles.

This is a charming, cosy, beautiful apartment and I had quite a great stay here. There is a magnificent terrace and the view on the lake is really impressive. Patrizia (the owner) and her family are super friendly and it was a pleasure to get to know them. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöner Balkon und nette Vermieterin!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat alles, um zu kochen und sich wohl zu fühlen, und der grosse Balkon ist einfach wunderschön! Die Bahnlinie verläuft zwar etwas unterhalb des Hauses vorbei, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Baveno ist ein kleines entspanntes Dorf - ein guter Ausgangspunkt um zu wandern oder den See zu erkunden. Und Patrizia ist super sympathisch und unkompliziert! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, Patrizia, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice Apartment with a beautiful view over the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at Patrizias apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view over the lake, the kitchen is well equipped, nothin was missing. Patrizia was a great host and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question. The apartment is only a couple minutes walk away from the pier and also close to the railway-station. We enjoyed both and made several trips across the lake and visited Milano by train. As some guests mentioned, since the apartment is close to the railway-station, you can hear the trains passing by, but that didn't really bother us. If we visit Baveno a second time we will definitely consider to stay at Patrizias apartment again.

Toller Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Platz zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich auch mal bei regnerischen Wetter innen aufhalten kann. Der Ort selbst ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt im Ort Restaurants, so dass man abends auch auswärts essen kann. Wobei die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist und man dort gut kochen kann. Patrizia ist eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Es hat für uns die Wohnqualität nicht gemindert. Wir würden beim nächsten Urlaub am Lago Maggiore diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Grazyna und Michael
