La casetta è immersa nel verde con tutto quello che questo comporta. Completa di tutto e con tutte le attrezzature funzionanti. La vista, sia dall'alloggio che dalla terrazza/parcheggio, è veramente fantastica. Noi ci siamo trovati bene.

Wat een locatie!

Heerlijk genoten, tv is overbodig met dit uitzicht. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig heb, klein maar fijn. Zeer fijne omgeving, en alles op loop afstand. Een locatie waar je absoluut tot rust kom. Fijne restauranten, heerlijke stranden, en een geweldig fort met adembenemend uitzicht. Wil je rust lekker eten en een fantastisch uitzicht? Dan is dit zeker een aanrader!

Lovely property in a wonderful town

The property is every bit as wonderful as the photos suggest. Very well equipped and clean. Teresa always responded very quickly to any communications. The property is ideally located for Portovenere - a quick walk down the hill and a gentle walk back up. The parking provided is invaluable as spaces are at a premium in the area , and parking is expensive. However, as other guests have indicated it is a tricky spot to get into- so once we had parked we made the decision to leave the car where it was and use public transport - buses and boats for the rest of the week. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in the property in Portovenere.

What a view

The property is perfect for two people with private secured parking and a very big terrace with a amazing views across the bay to watch all the boats coming and going. The property is well equipped with good wifi, washing machine and hob. The view is what makes it special though. A 10 min walk to the beach which is a bit steep coming back up so up you need to fairly fit, and for the walk back from Portovenere. Ideally location for exploring Cinque Terre by boat and recommend a day trip to Lucca and Portofino.

Ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch alles gut erreichbar

Das kleine Haus hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist gut gelegen. Der Stand und das Dorf sind gut per Fuss erreichbar. Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Cinque Terre sind mit dem Boot gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen ausgestattet. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Teresa war unkompliziert.

Privacy and Views

Amazing terrace views, thus lots of privacy in the middle of Portovenere. Olive trees all around, parking, and excellent wifi connection. Beach 11 minutes distance by foot, using the left side stairs when exit the property. Lovely host, great communication.

Klein aber fein

Tolle Mietwohnung an guter Lage mit herrlichem Blick. Die Olivenbäume schützen vor der Sonne, abends ist es durch den Sonnenstand sowieso wunderbar schattig. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très agréable location avec une vue magnifique et le parking d une très grande utilité

Tout est parfait: qualité du couchage- emplacement-très bien situé pour prendre le bateau pour les cinq terres et visiter les environs - on peut juste améliorer la discrétion par des plantes grimpantes sur la barrière du dessus afin d éviter les regards indiscrets des gens qui surplombent cette terrasse-l mais globalement c’est très agréable et les hôtes charmants

Klein maar fijn.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Teresa. De poort was geopend toen wij aankwamen en konden de auto parkeren op dak van het appartement. Teresa heeft een uit een uitleg gegeven heeft over het appartement. Het appartement / studio komt volledig overeen met de beschrijving en de foto's. Alle voorzieningen tot en met een vaatwasser en wasmachine zijn aanwezig. We hadden een probleem met de Wifi router. Na onze melding werd dit direct opgelost. Francesco heeft de router omgeruild en was het probleem opgelost. Het appartement ligt op een mooie locatie vlak bij zee. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement en vanaf het terras is geweldig. En er is altijd wel wat te zien. Daar heb je geen televisie voor nodig. Het bed in het appartement is uitstekend altijd heerlijk en goed op geslapen. Het zit comfort is wat minder dat zagen we al op de foto's. We hadden onze eigen buitenstoelen meegenomen zodat we ook op het terras uitstekend konden zitten. Portovenere is een mooi authentiek stadje in een heel mooie omgeving. Portovenere heeft veel voorzieningen, mooie terrassen en goede restaurants aan het water of in het oude centrum. Alles is op loopafstand te bereiken de auto heb je eigenlijk niet nodig.. De twee mooie (kiezel) stranden zijn vanaf het terras te zien en zijn ook gemakkelijk, via trappen of over de weg te bereiken. We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad. Dit is zeker een plek om nog een keer terugkomen. Teresa bedankt en tot een volgende keer.

Schönes Apartment mit traumhaften Blick

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es weniger geeignet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und der Blick zum Meer umwerfend. Bei schönem Wetter genießt man jede Minute auf der Terrasse. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen.

Quatre jours de bonheur.

Le logement est idéalement situé à 400m du centre ville et au-dessous de la rue. Du coup, aucun bruit. La vue de l'appartement et de la terrasse est exceptionnelle. L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. Les petits petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse sont un régal. Teresa que nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir est très réactive dans nos échanges par mail. Même la voiture était gâtée avec une belle place réservée au-dessus du logement. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Le soleil était au rendez-vous. La dolce vita!

Une petite location à la vue superbe

Une agréable location un peu petite toutefois mais qui jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle. Très bien équipée et bénéficiant d'un parking sur le toit ce qui n'est pas négligeable à deux euros l'heure dans la rue. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très sympathique. Prévoir de marcher un peu pour rejoindre Portovenere

Vacances Reposantes et au calme

Location conforme au descriptif , très bien équipée et agréable. La vue est impressionnante et imprenable, à vous couper le souffle. Il fait bon rester sur la terrasse à profiter du panorama. On ne s'en lasse pas. Merci à Teresa pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Arrivare e sentirsi a casa ...trovarsi esattamente dove si voleva essere : questo è quello che ho provato entrando in questo angolo di bellezza e tranquillità . Accolte da Teresa, gentilissima, disponibile e puntuale , la proprietà supera le aspettative . Delizioso bilocale accuratamente arredato, pulito , dotato di ogni confort , giardino privato che guarda il mare : un incanto ! Posto auto all’interno del cancello : un confort ineguagliabile a Portovenere in questa settimana di Ferragosto piena di turisti La discesa in paese è fattibilissima a piedi, dieci minuti, anche piacevole ... da lì con i battelli si possono raggiungere tutte le località della Costa : Cinque Terre, Lerici, Palmaria Io e mia figlia è il ns cane siamo state davvero bene ! Ritorneremo !

Lovely apartment with stunning views

The apartment is ideal for a couple, it is very well equipped. We stayed for 10 nights at the end of July and were more than comfortable. The aircon works brilliantly, the WiFi was good. The terrace is lovely to relax on and admire those stunning views. Teresa the host was very helpful with recommendations and very easy to contact if needed.

fantastischer Meerblick, alles was 2 brauchen

Zwei wundervolle Gastgeber - verlässlich, zuvorkommend, pünktlich, super freundlich - alles, was man sich wünscht. Wohnung liebevoll und gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, guter Herd (alles mit Gebrauchsanweisungen), ...) und in bestem Zustand. Kostenloser Privatparkplatz direkt an der Wohnung, in Portovenere nicht zu unterschätzen. Absolut unschlagbar: der Blick auf die Bucht, den man auf der Privatterasse unter Olivenbäumen genießen kann. Altstadt, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Meer nicht weiter als 900m entfernt.

Awesome property and very friendly host

As we wanted to have quality summer holidays with our small and old dog, we headed to this Portovenere property. I believe that the pictures don't reflect the reality of things. It is even more stunning in reality! This property has an own parking space which is luxury when the city charges €1.5 per hour when you park on the streets! A terrace overlooking the sea area which is the x-factor! Wow! Two beach chairs to relax, a table with 4 chairs to have a summerly meal and a sun umbrella to get some shade, what else do you need? Fantastic. The property has also wifi, local TV, a washing machine and dishwasher and a brand new microwave. Teresa was a great host sending us other tips to visit and always provided quick replies. For sure we will return. This place is on a 10mins walk from the old city center with a small local supermarket. A small gem! I strongly recommend this place that suits for 2.
