Recently renovated, the gîte consists of a very large living room of around 70m2, kitchen area, dining area, lounge area, small terrace with garden views, garden area with garden furniture and barbecue.
Two bedrooms, bathroom, WC.
Sheets are provided, cot, all charges are included except the tourist tax.
Located near La Chaise-Dieu.

Peaceful and quiet

We stayed at the house for a couple of days with our family. It is a nice place in a remote location and a perfect place to get away from daily busy life. The beautiful city of Le Puy is just half an hour away. We also enjoyed a great rafting trip on the Allier river. Thank you Helene for having us!

Wonderful location

We stayed here for a week in October. The general location is perfect for touring this part of the world. The gite itself is in a converted farm building - lots of space and adequately equipped. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The only drawback, which is not clear in the description, is that the second bedroom is an internal room - its only window opens onto the large main room not to the outside - resulting in a rather dark space.

Séjour très agréable. La région est magnifique. L’espace dans l’habitation est vraiment appréciable. La petite terrasse est totalement fonctionnelle à toute heure avec le parasol. Hélène est disponible et à l’écoute. Le hameau est très calme, il fait bon s’y promener. Bref, déconnection totale !

Endroit rêvé pour "se mettre au vert"

De l'espace, du confort, une décoration atypique et chaleureuse. Livres, jeux et DVD pour tous âges.... (nous avons apprécié le livre sur l'histoire de Monlet, qui nous a permis de découvrir autrement la commune. Un grand jardin à l'anglaise partagé mais dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis "chez nous". Des hôtes adorables et prévenants. Un accès immédiat à la nature.... Nous avons passé une semaine riche et reposante.

Bucolique et tranquille

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La location est grande à l'intérieur, et le joli jardin offre différentes ambiances afin de profiter du beau temps et du calme de la campagne. Aux alentours, des paysages magnifiques viennent compléter ce séjour vraiment "dépaysant". Merci Hélène et Vincent.

bon séjour à Monlet au martinet

Gîte agréable et spacieux, bien aménagé.Jardin bien aménagé; propriétaires discrets. la télévision (qui ne sert qu'aux DVD) avec des chaînes serait un plus pour cette location. idéalement situé entre Auvergne et Nord Ardèche; des forets de sapins et des prés forment un paysage reposant et bien vert.

Calme et grands paysages garantis

Très beau gite avec grand volume et l'implantation des bâtiments et la disposition du jardin permettent de n'avoir aucun vis à vis, donc même si vous restez souvent dans le gite vous avez une impression d'espace et de calme. Gite dans un hameau très calme, où les différents habitants aperçus semblent très accueillants. Les propriétaires sont discrets, la disposition de la terrasse et du jardin se fait naturellement. Vous aurez peut être l'occasion d'être envouté par une musique venant du jardin, les enfants ont eu le droit à un petit concert et des explications sur les instruments joués. Gite bien équipé. Mis à disposition dans le gite de jeux de sociétés et accès à une table de ping pong, les enfants 4 et 7 ans ont adoré. Départ de chemins depuis le gite. Village d'Allègre très beau. A recommander pour visiter une région aux paysages sauvages, chemin de randonné facile d'accès. Position permettant d’accéder facilement à différentes ambiances : plateau du Livradois/Forez, région du Puy en Velay, Gorge de l'allier... On ne ressent aucune pression commerciale sur le tourisme, très agréable !.

Très joli gîte

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce gîte très joli, fonctionnel, spacieux avec un accès au magnifique jardin des propriétaires. Notre fille de deux ans a également apprécié tous les livres et jouets mis à disposition dans la maison. On recommande!
