THE MAIN PIECE.
A living room of 40m ² on the ground floor gathering the kitchen area, the dining area and the living room with a comfortable leather sofa and a flat screen LED full HD TV, 82 cm.

Soundbar for reading SD cards and USB sticks.
Access from this main room to the large terrace facing southeast and southwest, (overlooking the sea, on the tip of La Torche and the lighthouse PENMARC'H).

THE ROOMS.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs, overlooking the sea, are facing south. One with 1 bed of 140 x 190, the other with 2 beds of 90 x 190. (possibility of bringing the 2 beds to get 1 bed of 180 x 190. 260 x 240 duvet, duvet cover and sheets for rent.) Storage and wardrobe with hangers in both bedrooms and on the landing.
A baby kit is available free of charge. (1 bed 60 x 120 with thick mattress, 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 changing mat, 1 high chair, 1 park with carpet, 1 small bath, 1 safety gate at the top of the stairs).

THE ROOM OF WATER.
The bathroom, on the ground floor, includes 1 shower of 90 x 90 with mixer, 1 washbasin with mirror, 1 electric towel rail radiator, 1 storage unit and 1 hairdryer.

TOILETS.
Separate WC on the ground floor and upstairs.

INTERIOR EQUIPMENT.
The kitchen, well equipped with modern appliances, has various small appliances such as: coffee maker and electric kettle, 'Vivy - TASSIMO' multi-beverage capsule machine, toaster, mixer, blender, raclette machine , melting device on demand, cookbooks. Iron and ironing board, Vacuum cleaner.

Four bicycles for adults (h and f) and 3 bikes of different sizes for children are at your disposal. The bike shelter also allows you to store your beach or fishing equipment. Small clothesline on the terrace and clothesline in the garden.
We put at your disposal in the rental, for children and adults, outdoor games; balls, plastic and metal bowls, badminton rackets, beach buckets and shovels, dip nets and buckets for fishing. We do not have a swing or slide.

The equipment of the house is complete and allows to spend a pleasant stay.

The house, well insulated, is equipped with electric heating and requires little heating during the winter. The cost of heating is extra and depends on its use. Near the house, the hiking path GR 34, along the seafront you will discover the magnificent views of the Bay of Audierne, small ports, beaches, creeks ... The sea changing the tides is at your feet. Behind the coastline, the country has retained its authenticity.
