The house is ideally located, across from the PYR Hotel, near the sea, the supermarket, the harbour, the shopping centres, and the restaurants. It is 3 minutes from the beach market.
The building has a tennis / paddle tennis court, five pools, security, a janitor, a meet and greet, and a cleaning service available on request.
It is well equipped. The two televisions have French and Spanish channels. There are DVD, a hydromassage shower, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. The flat's terrace enjoys a beautiful view. The harbour is a 5-minute walk away and can be accessed without the hassle the noise level.
