Lune Lac is a luxury beach front home with a private, 9x14 ft. pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Come sit on any one of your three private balconies and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the emerald green waters and sugar white beaches. This spectacular home provides amazing views to the west with unobstructed views over the sand dunes that border the property.

Lune Lac is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This stunning home is located just one mile from the largest premium shopping outlet in the southeast, a large grocery store, pharmacy, and within walking distance from two of our favorite local ocean front seafood restaurants, the Surf Hut and The Whale's Tail!

Lune Lac has multiple entrances both on the first and second levels. From the first level entrance on the side of the home, you can access the elevator which goes to all floors. At the top of the grand outdoor staircase, you will find the main entrance to the home. Located on the second level is where you will find the main living area featuring a wet bar and balcony with outdoor seating. Relax while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV, or simply enjoy the panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows surrounding you. Located next to the beautiful living area, you will entertain your guests in the gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range and double oven. The dining area combined with the breakfast bar offers seating for nine. There is a queen suite with a private bath. Also on this level is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath.

When you leave the main living area on the second floor, follow the staircase down to the first level, where you will find a queen suite with private bath, an additional sitting area with a sleeper sofa, access to your own beach side private heated, 9x14 ft. pool, and another wet bar equipped with a wine cooler and mini fridge. This is also the level where you will access your private staircase down to the beach.

The main sleeping areas are located on the third floor and you have your choice between the two luxurious king suites. Choose the master suite facing the gulf for pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico. This suite also has a sleeper sofa, wet bar and a mini fridge, along with a huge walk in closet, and an on-suite bath featuring a double headed shower and jacuzzi tub. The additional king suite provides calming views of the adjacent lake and a private bath. Lune Lac has only sand dunes to the west of the home, you will enjoy these gorgeous panoramic views during all seasons. This home is a perfect venue for an intimate beach wedding or corporate gathering. Take advantage of the super location and contact our concierge to make arrangements for special events.

*Weddings/Events – If held on property or private beach an additional $500.00 HOA fee is required for permit. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. All weddings held on either a private or public beach in Walton County must obtain a permit through Walton County. This is a separate fee from Beach Reunion's event fee. Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals - We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guest ONLY and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you’re familiar with this area you know from past vacations they’re popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle free for weddings or events. Our family vacationed at Lune Lac for Thanksgiving. The home is beautiful and well maintained and the beach is steps away. The staff at Beach Reunion was great to work with and had everything ready for our arrival.

My family wants to do a destination Thanksgiving every year.

Fantastic

Wow! The folks at Beach Reunion went above and beyond in finding our group of 3 families this phenomenal property. This house is the "bomb"! We loved everything about it! The second story balcony was our favorite social gathering spot. Not having housing to the west was refreshing. The master suite on the 3rd floor was fit for a king with a great balcony view of the beach. Frequent dolphin sightings from any balcony excited the kids many mornings. Well furnished for all your daily needs. Having your own private beach with signage insured our reserved spot on the beach would be waiting for our tribe whenever we were ready to hit the beach. The walking path across the street took you down the magnificent scenic gulf drive to water activities, Bad Ass Coffee shop, restaurants, awesome Joe's Destin Pizza, souvenir shops and gorgeous scenery. Other vital amenities were just a few blocks away. With this house your entertainment for your trip is the beach right out your back door. Thank you Beach Reunion for a vacation our children will never ever forget!!!! Hope to see you again soon!

Group family vacation

Best vacation ever! The house and the beach was beautiful and Beach Reunion staff were extremely nice and helpful! We had 3 families in total and all agree that the location and house were perfect. We were close to grocery stores and outlet malls for any items you may need. The views and beaches were spectacular as well and close to water activities like para sailing. Great vacation for family get together a and making memories.

Great House and Great Location!

Lune Lac was a great choice for our first stay around Destin. The house had amazing views of the beach and ocean and was very clean. We watched dolphins swim by every day from our deck. It also had everything we needed for a week on the beach like towels, kitchen utensils, appliances, and beach stuff. Loved having the 2 additional ice makers (upstairs and down) to fill coolers and make drinks. Also loved having an additional washer and dryer (1 downstairs, 1 on main level). The location is awesome. Close to everything (grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, fishing, shopping). Our only complaint was with the internet service. It worked, but was very slow.

Excellent!!

We had an amazing time! Thank you to Aly, who was wonderful at helping me book this beautiful house! Carrie was wonderful also. She replied immediately to any questions I had and even stopped by to drop a menu off for us. The house was perfect for our family of 10. All of us had plenty of room and privacy when needed. The elevator was perfect for hauling our luggage up and down. The golf cart was perfect for making trips to the store, grab quick lunch or to just cruise around. The beach was perfect, not over crowded compared to further down the beach where the condos are located. I highly recommend this house and Beach Reunion! Thank you for helping us create the memories we created on our stay!

Perfect FAMILY BEACH FRONT home with some privacy

From the moment you book this property, the management company Beach Reunion is on top of it. Making sure your stay is the best ever., thank you Laura, Aly & Carrie. Carrie was amazing, having Lune Lac decorated with Birthday Banner, galore of balloons, streamer & even cake and cookies were delivered before our arrival. Our sons 8th birthday was celebrated extra special. This home is beautiful, and we enjoyed it greatly. The elevator helped with our twin 2 years old rather than taking the stairs where we setup each flight to have a babies gate, thanks to being provided & including pack n plays. We truly loved the privacy that this home had with no home to the west. Laying out and swimming you felt secluded. Along with the row of homes, this section of the beach, kept other public bleachers from venturing in front of the beach meant for this home. Compared to other sections of the destin beaches this isn't crazy packed like sardines with people all up next to you, which is so nice. This home is literally within 3 mins drive from grocery stores and restaurants. But the home also provided all the kitchen items you needed to cook and eat meals. Half way through our stay we canceled another rental in destin for next June and rebooked Lune Lac. Next year can't get here quick enough.
