We loved our stay at Destin West. Bonnie was very communicative throughout the process. It is obvious that she really cares about her properties and making sure her renters have a good time there! Access to beach and pools with the lazy River could not be easier. Plenty of parking even for oversized vehicles. We will return!

Great location! Owners replied right away with a small issue. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Having the parking lot right at the beach snd the restaurant were a tremendous help!

We love this property and had a wonderful vacation! The property owner is fantastic and never seem bothered by many questions and date changes. She was very kind and quick to answer. This property has such a relaxing atmosphere with lots to do for everyone in the family. Thank you for a great vacation. We can’t wait to go back in 2024!

We couldn't of asked for a better vacation. The condo was exactly as advertised. The activities were fantastic. We really enjoyed the fireworks, we could see them from the balcony and rhe music. We saw several pods of dolphins on the Southern star. We loved the beach, the beautiful water and awesome sunsets. We hope to get to come back on a future vacation and would recommend this condo. Thank you for the use of your condo.

Room was clean, easy check-in process, room on the fourth floor made it easy to access the elevators or stairs beautiful view of the water from the balcony The owner checked in periodically with us to make sure everything was running smooth and if we needed anything! we will definitely be back!!

Great location.

We had a great time on Spring Break. The people at Pelican Beach are outstanding. The condo unit itself was very clean. I will tell anyone who is planning on using the pull-out couch for a bed, you're probably better off with the mattress on the floor. The springs make it for a tough night of sleep. Other than that, everything is great. We saw dolphins from our balcony every morning we were there. I would recommend.
