Randy was very communicative and had very helpful instructions. The house was perfect for my wife and I. The patio was our favorite part since you are looking over the harbor and are right downtown.

My wife and I have visited Catalina many times over the years, but this VRBO was by far our favorite. The location is about as close as you can get to the pier upon arrival and super close to downtown and all the outfitters Catalina has to offer. Randy, the host, was a great communicator and extremely accommodating. This VRBO would definitely be our first choice on our next visit.

It’s a great location with a nice balcony that overlooks all of the comings and goings of the island. We’ll definitely plan to go back there. It’s much better than any hotel in my opinion and the property manager is really on the ball.
