En 303 Avenida 13, un letrero cuelga en la entrada que dice que LA VIDA ES BUENA EN LA PLAYA. Eso establece el tono para esta propiedad de 3.200 pies cuadrados, seis habitaciones, 6. 5 baños y primera línea frente al Golfo. La brillante decoración costera y la gran sala de estar hacen de esta casa una de las favoritas de los huéspedes.

303 Avenida 13 es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Las escaleras de entrada conducen directamente a la cocina abierta, sala de estar y comedor. La cocina hace que la preparación de la comida sea muy fácil con encimeras de granito, dos lavaplatos, una gran barra de desayuno y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Hay dos mesas de comedor que aseguran que todos tengan un asiento para las comidas familiares. La sala de estar es muy cómoda, con muchos asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 60 "(¡Netflix incluido!). También hay un bar con máquina de hielo. El dormitorio 5 tiene dos camas queen, baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y se abre a la terraza delantera. Dormitorio 6 tiene una cama king y baño grande con ducha a ras de suelo.

Una gran sala de lavandería con refrigerador adicional se encuentra detrás de la cocina. Ahorrando lo mejor para el final, las comodidades exteriores de esta casa son fantásticas. La cubierta del nivel principal se abre desde la sala de estar y las habitaciones del lado del Golfo. Tiene muchos asientos para relajarse y cenar. Awesome beach front home

We had a great stay at this awesome home. It was clean and was just like the pictures. Great location right on the beach with easy access. Only real comments would be 1-We wish the home came with beach towels and beach chairs and 2-the pool was small and was dirty with leaves and sand. It never got cleaned after the storm for the week we were there We would stay here again.

The house lacked a few amenities: one hair dryer for 6 bedrooms; NO pantry items (salt & pepper, foil, etc); one beach chair. Suggestions: mirrors in the bedrooms; keypad entry rather than 2 keys for up to 20 people.
