Cette maison ravissante devant le golfe est située directement sur le sable blanc de la belle plage de Pensacola. Cette maison offre ponts sur toute la face du Golfe côté de la maison pour le plaisir en plein air. Les marches descendant du pont vous laissent à moins de 100 pieds de l'endroit où les vagues se brisent le long du rivage. Le salon et la cuisine sont situés sur le côté sud de la maison et offrent une excellente vue sur le golfe. Il y a deux chambres avec lits queen simples et une chambre avec deux lits doubles et une chambre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. Cela porte la capacité totale de lits de la maison pour un maximum de 12. En entrant dans cette maison heureuse et lumineuse, vous serez plongé dans l’esprit de vacances.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at several Paradise Beach properties and have never had any noteworthy issues, this house was no exception. It's probably worth mentioning that none of the bedrooms have a Gulf view if that's what you're looking for, but the trade-off is all the hangout areas (living, dining, kitchen) have an excellent view.

This was the perfect little house on the beach! It was immaculate & the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed our at this beach house!

Beautiful Home

My wife and I, along with two of our sons, stayed here for six nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. We spent some time exploring the area and just enjoying the beach. We had one rainy day when we went to see the Naval Museum, which was time well spent. Local restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to do here, or just relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ariola 300 is a perfect beach home. You can see the gulf from the kitchen and living room through big windows. The deck sits over the dunes and you are steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach. The house has three bedrooms but only two bathrooms so it’s on the smaller side but lots of outdoor space. The house is within walking distance of the Pensacola Beach Pier and shops and restaurants. There were only 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods supplied for a 5 night stay so plan on bringing supplies with you!

Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this particular Beach House, couldn’t ask for a better location.Sadly some of the amenities we had the previous years weren’t here there was a canopy over the table on the deck and it was removed this year, after going out and buying an umbrella for the table the owner brings one. Why wasn’t there one downstairs when we arrived??? It was dropped off after a call to the Property Management team about another problem, which they took care of quite quickly. Also wondered why the owner doesn’t have two more chairs for the outside table that can seat 6? Sadly it’s getting so overpriced do not believe we can afford to stay next year.

Some kitchen drawers were damaged and need repaired. The wishlist would be a privacy screen/fence by the outdoor shower and for the security camera not to be pointing at the outdoor shower, so guests could strip their suits to fully wash off the sand.The porch facing the water is not covered, so it's too hot to enjoy the porch during the day, early morning it's okay.This location of the beach was not crowded, regardless of being by the public access.Our family enjoyed the stay very much, with the above caveats.

It feels like you are borrowing a friends personal home! We ran into the owner on our way way out and his passion for taking care of the place was obvious. They truly just wanted us to have a beautiful stay in the home and their attention to maintaining this treasure made that easy. We are already working to reserve our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location. Kinda small for 7 people, but made it work. One of the toilets would run, until you fixed it after flushing, but that’s the only complaint. The location was worth it all!

Furniture and beds are comfortable. Paradise (rental company) is extremely professional. However, when the many overpowering plug-in scent diffusers were unplugged there was an obvious mildew smell throughout the home and a somewhat sandy floor upon arrival - but a vacuum was available for us.

We will definently be back!!
