Arturo and Marcella were fantastic hosts. They provided valuable transport and restaurant recommendations, quickly answering any questions we had. Their place is perfect for a vacation in Rome. It is in a quieter neighbourhood, which was very nice being away from the massive crowds. Thank you again! We hope to be back.

Beautiful home in the oldest neighborhood of Rome. Outside garden area/patio was beautiful, very relaxing and where we spent most of our time. The host was very helpful in pointing out areas of attraction and responded very quickly to my email requests.Good location and value for money. Room was available before regular check in hours.Neighbor hood shops nearby.

Marcella was very lovely and welcomed us into with all kinds of information about the appt and the area. We felt safe in the area since there’s a police station nearby. The apt itself was very clean, spacious and had air conditioning (which was appreciated during an Italian heatwave). Would rent again!

Everything was perfect! Arturo is a wonderful host, great communication and so helpful. The apartment is in a lovely quiet walkable neighbourhood and has many good restaurants and cafe options. The apartment is clean, has a well equipped kitchen and more space than we needed. We loved the large outside terrace. We highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay, Arturo and Marcella were so welcoming and made us feel really at home. Well-stocked kitchen and lovely outdoor back yard area, perfect for sitting out for meals. Easy access to Trastevere and central Rome on regular buses (bus stop is 2 minutes walk away).

Great Trip to Rome

We stayed three nights - Arturo and Marcella were exceptional hosts. Their apt is a little outside of town in a quiet area (which we loved), but quite accessible via public transportation.

Very clean with spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Outside courtyard off the kitchen was a great oasis after a long day in the city. Marcella and Arturo were delightful hosts, very welcoming when we arrived and had wonderful information about the neighborhood and transportation. I recommend this place for your Rome stay.

Quiet oasis from busy Rome

Hosts were very helpful during check-in and with any questions we had. Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood close to some restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the outdoor area where a mating pair of turtle doves had a nest in a tree and would visit when you were outside. Overall great stay with great hosts.

Perfect Property

This property was perfect for a trip to Rome. Located in a quiet neighborhood; a great escape from the hustle and bustle of sight seeing around the city. Arturo was an excellent host who communicated prior to, and during our stay with no problems at all. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore Rome.

Excellent stay, friendly owner & nice neighborhood

Arturo was a great and friendly host! The apartment was just as described and Monteverde is a nice area of Rome away from the crowds but close enough to walk to Trastevere (if you can handle the steps/hill). Has everything you need, great for families. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great stay in Rome

Great location in a residential area in Trastevere. Quiet and spacious with a beautiful garden. Arturo made us feel so at home, gave us great local recommendations when it rained and even drove us to the airport! The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location in a great area

We had good communication with Arturo and this continued through out our stay. The apartment was nice and clean and in a great area. The bus, mini Market, pasticceria, restaurants and more close by.

I really cannot stress how wonderful our stay was, communication between Arturo and Marcella were outstanding and they were the consumate hosts. They really went out of the way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly, we walked all over Monteverde and Tresteverde since they were next to each other. There are local grocery stores within walking distance, There are also restaurants scattered close by.The property sits right next to the major bus line routes. Getting to the City Center (which is downtown Rome) took no time at all. The streets are easy to navigate and Google maps has all the stops for the bus lines.Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stsy there again if and when we come back.
