Una casa ideal para eventos pequeños, esta casa de 2,920 pies cuadrados tiene capacidad para 14 personas y se encuentra directamente en el Golfo de México. La entrada principal en 1004 Ariola Drive, con su gran escalera doble y su envolvente alrededor del porche, conduce a la amplia y abierta cocina, sala de estar y área de comedor. La cocina, amueblada con electrodom��sticos de acero inoxidable, un montón de área de preparación y una gran barra de desayuno, se abre a la sala de estar / comedor. Este espacio incluye tres cómodos sillones, un sillón y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10 personas. El dormitorio principal se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar. Esta habitación se abre a la cubierta lateral del Golfo, y el enorme baño principal cuenta con dos lavabos de pedestal, ducha separada y bañera de jardín, y un amplio vestidor. Un corto pasillo más allá de esta habitación conduce a una gran sala de lavandería. Al otro lado de la sala de estar, dormitorio 2 tiene una cama de matrimonio y baño privado grande. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay, the location is as about as good as it can get for a laid back beach experience away from the big crowd. The house was very clean and has plenty of living space for multi families to hang out comfortably. My tips to make it better would be to put AT THE LEAST one decent mattress upstairs so an adult couple can sleep comfortably. My other suggestion would be to consider changing the check in/out policy to give people a few more hours. The policy of check in @ 5PM BUT check out by 10AAM is basically taking a 1/2 day. I realize you have to have some time between customers, but 7 hours seems excessive.

Lovely house

The house was great and the location was amazing. Close enough to the shops but far enough away from the craziness of Spring Break. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect place

This place was exactly as we hoped it would be. The beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous, the kitchen was fully stocked, the furnishings were comfortable and clean. I loved it here and would recommend booking this home. We were two families with teens and young children and everyone was comfortable.

This house is in a great location BUT once you walk in you are slammed with a musty old smell. The house needs a complete renovation including a new HVAC system. We found mildew in the AC closets, multiple stains on the carpet and loose boards outside on the deck. I did not feel comfortable with our toddler walking around out there considering that there were nails sticking out as well as a shaky railing in some places. The blue couch needs thrown away as it sinks when anyone sits on it. And the beach items were useless. They have a closet downstairs with umbrellas and tents, the majority of which are broken. There is one little beach chair and no beach towels. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Kitchen was amazingly well stocked with cookware and dishes. Gas stove too! Deck was great! Lots of seating in shade or sun. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Lots of towels. Downside, couches were a bit shabby, mattresses not very comfortable. A/C in queen bedroom was difficult to regulate (too cold). If I could come back, I would not hesitate to book it again. I do wish check in could be earlier.

Great location and view

Nice big house with plenty of room for all. Deck is awesome! Not luxurious, but utilitarian. If I were to change anything, it would be to replace the living room sofas; they are old and appear well worn/mismatched (pillows and sofa back and arms). We had a nice stay and there was room for a small event (15 or so people) both on the deck and inside. Pictures are accurate and everything worked just fine, including the outside grill.
