Brand New Heated Pool! Remodeled 3 Bedroom Cottage/Steps to the beach!

This original beach bungalow has had a complete face lift with everything interior brand new with top notch furnishings.

Located just 100 steps from the beach, you get all Pensacola Beach has to offer with a modern open floor plan, tiled showers, luxury vinyl plank, quartz countertops, and much more. Also included is a fully fenced in private backyard oasis. Perfect for outdoor dining, hangouts, or for your furry friends. Fully sodded, with the the private fence lined with bamboo, palm trees and string lighting. Large heated 10x35' Gunite pool with a sun ledge. (Pool can be heated for an additional cost per night.)

Off the covered carport you walk into an open kitchen/living room with seating for 6 around the large 8' central island. Featuring all stainless steel appliances, shaker style cabinets, and white quartz countertops. Down the hall the the primary master bedroom featuring a king bed and a private en-suite full bathroom. Continuing down the hall is another queen bedroom, the second junior master with a king bed, and the second bathroom, featuring a double vanity, tiled tub, and a stackable washer and dryer.

Off the living room is a large french door set that leads you to the backyard oasis. With a fully fenced in sodded yard, bamboo lining the fence, palms trees throughout, and a massive oak tree, this backyard is perfect for every event. Also included outside is a dining set for six people and two large chaise recliner chairs. Pool can be heated for an additional cost per night.

Enjoyed our stay by swimming in the warm heated pool. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside on the nice patio furniture. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach every day. It was nice to have beach chairs provided as well.

Though it is on a busy street, we were not bothered-and it is two blocks from the beach.

Wonderful location!

Great house in a great location! The house was a quick walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and we were also able to walk to restaurants (~15 min walk). I will definitely book this location again!

Quick walk to the beach. Private heated pool felt amazing. Great variety in close restaurants to eat. Enough soace and beds to relax. We couldn't ask for a better place! We will be back!

Great house!

We loved this property. Super close to the beach, (less than 2 blocks!) We LOVED the pool! The house had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again! The kids didn’t want to leave!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We absolutely loved our time here! It was a short walk to a gorgeous beach, had a fenced in back yard that our doggos loved, and a crystal clear private pool. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5. It was also a short drive/long walk to a cute downtown area with shops and restaurants. Excursions that we did that were within a short drive included hiking, exploring Fort Pickens, and doing a fishing charter! Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

THE BEST HOUSE

Leading up to the stay, there was little to no communication until my husband called and confirmed everything 3 days prior….HOWEVER, the house was worth it. Quiet, clean, great backyard for dogs and the location was perfect for our stay!

Beautiful, peaceful property

Our family of 4 and two pups enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house had plenty of supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings were well-kept, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed the backyard oasis which came with plenty of sun and shade. It's just a minute or two walk to the beach and a few minutes to the sound side. We'd absolutely return!

Great house!

We loved everything about this house! It was cozy and fit our family of 4 perfectly. It was clean when we arrived and lights were on to welcome us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We opted to heat the pool since we were here in late November and it was worth every penny. The kids swam every day. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. Restaurants are super close also. This house is definitely one of our favorites and we look forward to coming back!

This home is like a secret spa getaway. From the gorgeous lush backyard with the huge beautiful oak tree to the natural light marble shower- you feel immersed in a tropical paradise. The house was very clean, which we truly appreciated. We took our two small dogs and it worked out great! The short walking distance to the beach is wonderful and there were nice neighborhoods surrounding the property that we enjoyed taking walks through. We felt very safe in this community. The kitchen was well equipped. The frame TV was a very nice touch in the living room. Remotes could have used new batteries. We truly enjoyed our stay! One suggestion I have is to add a blind or shade to the kitchen door for added privacy. I think there may have been one in the past, but it is definitely needed. I would also suggest adding some accent lights for the pool to allow for night swims. Otherwise, great location! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such a relaxing getaway.

Happy Anniversary

House is nicely renovated!! Our intent was to stay at the rental most of the time. Heating the pool made it extra nice. Plenty of towels. Large selection of kitchen cooking supplies and dishes. The living room furniture was the only thing that could have been made more comfortable. I would suggest replacing the couch with one that has recliners on each end since it is too small to add seating. Thank you! MD

Perfect location!

This house is very stylishly updated. I took pictures of the bathroom with the shower thinking about copying the decor. It was a short walk to the beach or the sound for sunsets. The back yard was perfect, just enough sun but green and private. Beautifully landscaped and the pool was George ours. We took our dog as it was dog friendly and fenced in. Management was very responsive. We had two small issues and they were handled immediately both times. We will go again!.

While there are good sized closets, there are no drawers in the bedrooms in which to put folded clothes. Overall, we had a nice experience,

The only improvements we suggest is more storage space for folded clothes as there were no dressers or shelves; also more comfortable chairs in sitting area. The fenced in backyard is very beautiful and and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside; perfect for our dog. The location was great and short walk to the beach plus walking/biking distance to main area and all around the neighborhoods. We just love Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens and great restaurants. The rental staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very helpful, professional and friendly.

This is the second time at 712 Via De Luna : the home is very well maintained with a wonder kitchen and lovely, fenced backyard. We were very appreciative with the improvements from the prior year. Our main concern had been lack of storage for our clothes and this year there were chest of drawers in each bedroom! The sitting area could be a little more comfortable but overall it’s a lovely home with a wonderful location. We love the island with all the natural areas to explore and do a lot of walking and eating at the many great restaurants. The personnel at Paradise rentals are excellent and efficient. We highly recommend them and this particular home especially if you need one without stairs!
