Marie was an excellent host. She picked us up at the airport and drove us to the train station. She responded quickly to text messages. It was easy to get to many places by train or bus.

Cote D'Azur explore

We had a lovely stay in this excellent property. Shopping was very close and the wonderful local markets even closer. Easy access to walk to the beach, public transport and the local Cagnes area. Train station is nearby and enabled us to explore the whole Cote D'Azur. We highly recommend.

2 week stay

Beautifully presented apartment with everything we needed. Fantastic location. Close to shops, buses and the train which made it easy to visit Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Ventimiglia and many more. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect holiday

With our family we had a great stay in this apartment. The apartment was very complete, clean and everything worked as it should. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was great. The apartment is definitely recommended and the quality and price ratio is excellent.

Relaxed

The apartment was very clean, well equipped for our needs especially for my granddaughter, hosts were very welcoming. Area is excellent base to explore the south of France and beyond. Love sitting on patio area first thing in the morning watching the sun rise, very relaxing. Local area is a must to explore, the mediaeval alleyway to the top has a beautiful view and excellent restaurants.

Excellent vacation - excellent apartment

Three of us were staying in this flat a week long but it would have been perfect for five persons. The rental is large enough, immaculate clean and everything is available for a convenient stay. Two additional toilets beside the bathroom, which is very practical if more people are together. Very near to the downtown but parking space available in front of the house. This is also important because there are several miraculous towns and villages near Cagnes, though public transportation is really good. The balcony and huge terrace are fabulous, even in winter. The owners of the flat are more than fantastic. Thank you!

Lovely apartment and lovely host

The apartment was lovely and clean everything you needed was all there ! Evan down to washing up liquid and washing powder! The outside area was lovely and private on both sides the only downside was the neighbour ! He was very loud especially on the last night he seemed to be having a argument with someone this isn’t a reflection on the host or her apartment though. The apartment is directly i the old part of Cagnes su mer and it had everything on the doorstep boulongaries , supermarket , coffee shops ! Everything you need . The bus and train services were great definitely better than renting a car . You must definitely visit Antibes ,Menton ,ez,Monaco they are all amazing 😻 Mrs Gerard was on hand to help with anything we needed to which was a great help .

Je suis contente que vous ayez apprécié notre appartement et votre séjour à Cagnes mais je suis sincèrement désolée pour le problème avec le voisin. Il s'est excusé mais j'ai averti sa propriétaire pour que cela ne se reproduise plus même si ce n'est pas habituel ! Merci de ne conserver que les beaux souvenirs et revenir, pourquoi pas ? Vous avez encore encore plein de beaux endroits à visiter !!!

Great Stay and Beautiful Property

We were two separate families staying in the one apt. Three bathrooms was a huge bonus. The kids stayed in the room that is kind of like a treehouse on the roof. The apt. has everything, even for babies (which we didnt have). The one surprize was a 500€ in cash deposit requested upon arrival. It is not mentioned in the advertising. The apt is expected to be pristine, or a fee will be taken from the deposit. Leaving for Canada the next day with 500 euros in our pocket wasn't ideal, although it might make us return sooner. Traveling with teens made the final morning a bit stressful with dishes, vacuming and washing windows. We had a great vacation.

Merci pour votre appréciation mais après vérification, il est bien noté sur l'annonce que nous demandons une caution de 500€! Elle peut être donnée en chèque français, en espèces Euros et pour ceux qui le souhaitent, dans la monnaie de votre pays ! Il est précisé également dans l'annonce que nous demandons 60€ seulement si l'appartement n'est pas rendu comme vous l'avez trouvé à votre arrivée ! Vous le saurez pour une prochaine fois ! Et le principal est que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances entre amis !

Charmant appartement en plein centre, dans une rue très calme !Grande terrasse à l'abri des regards, un balcon de l'autre côté avec vue sur le château de Cagnes.Un appartement très agréable, bien équipé (merci encore pour la mise à disposition de l'équipement pour bébé) où l'on s'y sent comme à la maison !Merci encore pour votre accueil et au plaisir de revenir !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé sejourner dans cet appartement situé en plein centre de la jolie ville de cagnes sur mer.C'est un très agréable appartement,spacieux,clair,calme,décoré avec gout,et bien équipé.On jouit,en outre,d'une très grande terrasse,ne donnant que sur la verdure et les oiseaux...Marie-Annick et son mari sont de très sympathiques et attentionnés propriétaires de ce bel endroit,dont on part avec regrets...

Appartement ou on prend vite c'est marque comme à la maison. Commerce a coté mer également ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Hote accueillant et très chaleureux très bonne semaine avec les enfants.

Très bonne location

Appartement spacieux, bien placé et très bien équipé. C'est appréciable de ne pas avoir à faire suivre le linge de maison ! Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et arrangeants pour adapter les horaires d'arrivée et départ. Toute la famille a apprécié cette location notamment les enfants car chacun avait sa chambre sans compter les petits jeux mis à disposition qui ont bien fait passer le temps. Location à recommander 👍. Encore merci.

Séjour agréable et confortable

L'appartement est très bien situé et proche de tout. Il est spacieux, confortable, lumineux et bien équipé, on s'y sent comme chez soi. La grande terrasse est vraiment un plus et nous en avons bien profité. Les propriétaires, Marie-Annick et Dominique, sont vraiment des personnes charmantes, sympathiques et à l'écoute. Nous avons grandement apprécié leur accueil. Si nous séjournons à nouveau dans la région, nous penserons à eux !
