Recent house for 4 people of 35m2 with a beautiful swimming pool of 10m * 5m with its terrace,
The house has its 25m2 covered terrace with its barbecue, and its sunbathing area, 2000m2 of garden, a car park.
It consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms (each with 1 double bed), a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. An outdoor shower to rinse off or rinse off the equipment when returning from the beach.
This house is terraced but has its private terrace and access.
Comfort: air conditioning in all main rooms (bedrooms, living room-kitchen), TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sofa bed, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, cupboards, internet by wifi.
Location: Quiet location with a few neighbors but not overlooked, facing south with a view of the garden, the sea in the distance (2 km as the crow flies), and Sardinia.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé dans la jolie maison de Yann qui est très bien située. Nous avons apprécié son contact et sa réactivité lors de la panne du lave vaisselle le week-end de l’ascension. Les canistrellis d’accueil étaient délicieux ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe wundervoller Strände

Alles war schön, etwas klein für Familie mit 2 Kindern aber sonst alles prima, ein ganz toller Pool mit Salzwasser und eine wunderschöne Umgebung.Das Meer war sehr nah und die schönsten Strände der Insel war in 15 min erreichbar

Très bon séjour, propriétaire agréable au top !!

On a passé un superbe séjour, le propriétaire est hyper sympathique, il nous a partagé de très bons conseils pour les randos et plages !! Merci également pour l’accueil, c’était parfait ! L’emplacement est aussi idéalement bien placé !

Nice, small Appartment for up to 4

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Appartment ist zwar klein, hat aber grundsätzlich alles notwendige. AC funktioniert gut, Terrasse und Pool sind absolut top. Der Pool ist durchgängig 1,50m tief. Wenn wir nochmal kommen, würden wir zu viert die Wohnung nebenan buchen. Da wir aber 5 von 7 Tage nur zu zweit waren, war es perfekt. Lediglich das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden und Geschirr/Kaffeemaschinen sollten bei Zeiten mal runderneuert werden.

Très bon séjour

Accueil très chaleureux, des conseils sur les lieux et les choses à voir, logement très propre et bien arboré (terrasse très sympa) logement bien équipé en vaisselle et en électroménager, piscine top petit village calme et bien équipé (petite épicerie pour dépanner) 4 restos (nous en avons essayé 2 et les avons appréciés)nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location 😃

Endroit très calme, le propriétaire est très accueillant. En octobre la maison manque un peu de lumière naturel, et la piscine est à partager avec l'autre maison.

Agréable séjour en Corse du sud, Yann et sa famille sont charmants. Toujours présent pour prodiguer de bon conseils touristiques. Très belle et grande piscine. La situation géographique du logement est idéale pour balayer le sud de l’île.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen tollen Urlaub

Eine perfekte Unterkunft, sehr sauber, mit toller Ausstattung und Pool. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Dorf gibt es tolle Restaurants. Schöne Strände sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Petit coin de paradis pour visiter le sud de la Corse

Excellente semaine à Monacia d'Aullène. Très bonne localisation. Très belle maison propre et bien équipée. L'espace extérieur est parfait le tout sur un terrain arboré et bien entretenu. Le coin piscine malgré qu'il soit partagé est au top et très appréciable. Nous remercions Mr G. Y et sa famille leur accueil, leur discrétion et leurs conseils pour découvrir les alentours de ce village et des petits coins de paradis. Au plaisir de revenir en Corse

Séjour très agréable

Location très propre et fonctionnelle dans belle propriété très bien entretenue avec goût par les propriétaires. Grande et belle piscine partagée avec location mitoyenne mais sans aucune difficulté. Grande terrasse ombragée vraiment très agréable. Propriétaires très accueillants et sympatiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet endroit calme.

Logement très propre et très bien fourni. Piscine magnifique très bien entretenue. Idéalement situé. Supérette à 300 mètres, idéale pour des petites courses et pour le déjeuner. Très bien reçu par les hôtes. Nous avons trouvé notre pied à terre en Corse 🏖️💙

Sejour en Corse du Sud

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location à Monacia durant tout notre séjour : la maison est propre, bien agencée, bien équipée, la piscine est un plus ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et le propriétaire, Yann, est à l'écoute et attentionné. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons séjourner, si l'occasion se présente !
