Beautiful recent village house, with noble materials of almost 150 m² living space.
Large living room and relaxation with contemporary aspects.
Mezzanine with a pool table.
Three single bedrooms, beautiful bathroom with bath, double sink. A walk-in shower.
Private swimming pool 8m x 4m and 1.8 to 2m deep, overlooking the lounge terrace.

You will have access to a private garage for 2 cars.
All comfort facilities are provided, and bed, household and bathroom linen is provided for stays of at least one week. Only housekeeping can be provided as an option. Obviously WiFi is available throughout the house, as well as certain telephone calls (depending on destination).

Great Bedoin stay

The host was kind and helpful getting us situated and we enjoyed seeing him throughout the week down in town. This property is great for so many reasons, whether it's vintage video games and great pool, or accessibility to town and view of Mont Ventoux.

Great house in a superb location

A really nice, deceptively large property property in the heart of the old town in Bedoin. Perfect views of Ventoux and a two minute walk to the centre of this charming, bustling Provencal village.

It is a beautiful house with fantastic views, it just needs a bit of love and attention. The pool was sadly unusable for most of our stay due to the debris falling from over hanging trees and shrubs (mistral winds). I would definitely recommend it for adults but I would say it’s unsuitable for families with young children given the loose paving slabs around the pool and the open staircase above the spiral staircase going up to the mezzanine.

Thank you for your appreciation. Indeed, the region is subject to the Mistral and the pool and the shaded terrace of several trees for this beautiful environment receives some pine thorns and leaves. The staircase of the mezzanine indeed leaves no one indifferent because as in the photos of the announcement, it is just taken in the wall to give a sensation of float, all its contemporary charm.

Beautiful View !

We had a very special time in Bedoin and enjoyed staying in the house. The living room is spacious with a great chimney and the view of the Mont Ventoux ist fantastic. The two Master-bedrooms are big enough and the matresses comfortable. It is a 2 Minutes walk to the next bakery and even shorter to nature around the church. The contact with the owner was uncomplicated and very nice.

Swimming pool - patio slabs around it loose & unstable. Unsuitable for children. Drainage issues with all sinks on 1st floor of property. Shower head needs cleaning - high degree of limescale. Bath taps unstable & inoperable Freezer ice maker & cold water appliance not working

There has never been any criticism about the safety of the pool and its surroundings. However, you must always pay attention to the behavior of children around a pool, nothing beats the attention of parents, even if it is a holiday for all. It is true that the water in our region is very calcareous, but the SUEZ distributor delivers it as such, clean for consumption. However, since then a softener has been installed. Maybe there was a drain problem of the walk-in shower because you had a dog that you did not mention and maybe washed in the shower ? Fresh water and ice production works contrary to what you say.

Exceptional

Its rare that a place is undersold, that the pictures don't do a place justice or its location is just a lot better than you expect. This is such a place. It's almost impossible to explain, or imagine or picture. This is a town house close to a rock face. The building has been adapted so that the top floor is on a level with the pool at the back, but it remains the floor with exceptional views over Mont Ventoux because it is at the top of the house. The top floor opens with sliding doors to create wonderful inside / outside space - perfectly suited to summer living. The rest of the house is cool and lovely. The house sits over the village of Bedoin. Close enough to wander for a coffee (or ice cream). We are a family of cyclists and we were there because of Mont Ventoux. Bedoin is the base of the main route up Ventoux. Thats perfect, but even without cycling, this place is exceptional.

Une vue d'enfer (ou plutôt de paradis)

La plus belle vue du village sur le Mont Ventoux. Situation: à 2 minute à pied du centre et pourtant très au calme. Equipement confort élevé d'une maison privée laissée à la location. Piscine pour se rafraichir même si des améliorations sont à faire : trop profonde, niveau de l'eau trop bas, margelles instables et température un peu basse (ombre).

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für (Fahrrad-) Gruppen

Die Unterkunft war geräumig, gut geschnitten, ausgestattet und perfekt für Gruppen. Durch die Verteilung auf die 3 Etagen hatten alle genug Platz. Der offene Wohn- und Essbereich mit riesiger Fensterfront zum Pool und zur Terrasse waren optimal für gesellige Stunden am Abend. Die riesige Garage im Erdgeschoss ermöglichte das Abstellen von Rädern, Zubehör und 1-2 PKWs. Die Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls gut aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, vor allem wenn man mit dem Fahrrad die tolle Umgebung wie den Mont Ventoux erkunden möchte.
