House with excellent sun exposure, 100 meters from the beach with fine sand, in the center and in the pedestrian zone. Common terrace with barbecue, great for couples with children because they can walk at ease, exclente for walking, great gastronomy ex. Fish, seafood and sweets of the area, night area in the center of Aveiro about 10 minutes. Great for water sports with the river and the sea.
