Fabulous Apartment Great Location

Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled apartment in the center of Valencia! There was lots to do nearby, museums, shopping, and great restaurants. We'd definitely rebook here.

No views but excellent location

The points are mostly for the location - the apartment was very clean but the pillows were awful and all of got a pain in the neck. And if you are a couple it is impossible to cuddle since the beds are separate and narrow. The little space between doors leading to your apartment stinks from lack of ventilation - there is no natural light possible in this apartment because it is surrounded by other apartments. But the proximity to everything was unbeatable and the check in -process was very straight forward... I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to be centrally located and uses the apartment purely for sleep. Please upgrade your bedding and please consider providing a queen for couples. Thanks for an overall wonderful stay in Valencia

Perfect location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location—2 minutes walk from the cathedral and an easy walk to most historic centre sights, with many decent restaurants. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, although a bit quirky (two bathrooms but neither en suite to a bedroom). The one suggestion, which I made directly to the management company, is that there should be a safe/safety box somewhere in the unit.

Wonderful stay

The location of the apartment was ideal to explore València. The apartment was very clean, and the office upon arrival allowed us to book in early as the apartment was ready. The old town is bustling with restaurants and cafes. There is so much to do and see. We had organised a tour guide for 2 hours upon arrival, this was invaluable to get a good idea of what there is to visit and what is achievable with your length of stay. We used the bus to get to the beach, very easy and €1.50 for a single journey. The arts and science area was fantastic along with visiting a few churches and the cathedral in Plaza de la Virgen, which is a few mins walk from the apartment. We left on Palm Sunday so was lucky to see the procession. Will definitely return. Mouchas gracias. It would have helped to have a small kitchen starter pack, and maybe a few more pillows. Very small things. The accomodation was lovely.

La ubicación, diseño, comodidad de las camas, limpieza, amabilidad del trato y las indicaciones para llegar hasta el apartamento y para poder acceder al parking. Ubicación del parking, está lejos del apartamento y es muuuuuy difícil llegar hasta allí con el coche.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé

Je venais pour la deuxième fois dans cet appartement. J'apprécie particulièrement son emplacement, derrière la cathédrale et à proximité de la jolie place de l'Arquebisbe et aussi le fait qu'il soit spacieux et calme. Merci à l'équipe d'entretien: l'appartement est toujours remarquablement propre et le linge de toilette a été changé une fois au cours de notre séjour (8 nuits) L'accueil: nous avions rendez-vous à 16h pour la remise des clés. Nous étions là 5 minutes avant l'heure fixée. Personne ne se présentant, nous avons fini par téléphoner à l'agence et finalement quelqu'un est arrivé après une heure d'attente! Pour la cuisine, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit kit d'accueil minimum (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre) et un vrai torchon de vaisselle. Pour le reste, tout est parfait

amplitud el estado del piso es bueno, pero las fotos dan la impresión de ser todo más nuevo de lo que está. Sugerencia: fotos normales para no crear más expectativas de las necesarias.
