このエリアは静かで快適で、にぎやかな通りから遠く、大きなスーパーマーケット「スーパーソル」から約800メートル

アパートメントには2つのベッドルームがあり、1つはダブルベッドとバスルーム、もう1つはシングルベッド2台とシャワー付きのバスルームがあります。
 
全室にエアコンとWi-Fiアクセスがあります

リビングルームは広く、明るく、スマートテレビと携帯スピーカー付きのドッキングユニットが装備されているため、携帯電話でお気に入りの音楽を再生できます。
4人用のダイニングエリアもあり、ハイチェアも利用できます。

電子レンジ、洗濯機、食器洗い機、冷凍庫、冷蔵庫を備えたモダンで設備の整ったキッチン、

日光浴やリラックスできる20平方メートル以上の大きな素敵なサンテラス。 屋上のテラスからは、晴れた日にアフリカのシルエットを見ることができます。 テラスには4人用のダイニングエリアがあり、椅子はサンラウンジャーとしても使用できます。
テラスは早朝から夕方まで晴れています。

プールエリアはフェンスで囲まれているため、スイミングプールと子供連れの家族に最適な子供用プールもあります。プールの隣には小さな子供用の小さな遊び場もあります。

プールの営業時間は11：00〜15：30、17：00〜22：00です
4月15日から10月15日まで。

少し大きめのものにはパドルテニスがあります。

We would happily return to this apartment

We thought this was a superb apartment . Comfortable and well equipped. The view from the sunny balcony was lovely. It was quiet as it's on the outskirts of town but within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Great Host - Great Place

Apartment is very nice, has a good size for up to 4 pax. All electric devices are "brands" and in very good condition. Terrace is very comfortable. The welcome drink was the cherry on top.

Very clean and well appointed property. Lovely sun terrace with a really useful awning. Host very accommodating with our late arrival time. Super location for walking around Conil.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly think of. Good garage parking very close to the lift taking you right to your door. Marvellous

Excellent again

Five years went by and still same exceptional experience . Apartment is spotless clean, quiet , bright and top notch. Everything works perfectly, including the AC and appliances and the terrace is very nice . It is located in the outskirts of Conil. You can walk in around 25 minutes to the city center or beach /or drive in around 10 minutes. The el Palmar beach is even closer. Convenient to many Supermarkets within walking distance. Robert was always prompt to answer and Carmen was excellent as well. Thank you for everything, and I hope that we can see each other in the future when we return to Conil.

Sencillamente increíble. Gracias Robert por dejarnos disfrutar de tu casa y hacernos sentir como en la nuestra. El apartamento es sin lugar a dudas precioso. La ubicación es excelente para poder conocer las playas y el pueblo y luego descansar fuera del bullicio. La piscina genial y que voy a decir de la terraza,una maravilla. Si vuelvo a Conil, volveré a tu casa. Y no olvidarme de Carmen que estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos tenía el apartamento como los chorros del oro. En una palabra,FABULOSO. Gracias Robert y Carmen.

Un lugar apacible y moderno.

Un buen apartamento, en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. La urbanización moderna y bien equipada se agradece. El apartamento limpio, muy bien equipado y muy amplio para la familia no se le puede poner pegas. Una cocina amplia y super equipada te permite cocinar agusto si lo deseas. Una enorme terraza para disfrutar de noche con tranquilidad, el calor de Cádiz lo hace difícil en pleno verano aunque tiene un muy buen toldo protector y el mobiliario también lo facilita. Gracias a Carmen que estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, aunque no necesitamos nada más para disfrutar del apartamento.

Vacaciones perfectas

El alojamiento es genial, tiene más de lo q necesitamos para unas vacaciones. Es nuestro 5º año en Conil y es la mejor ubicación con diferencia. Muy cerca del centro (10-15 min a pie) y a la vez súper tranquilo. El salón y la terraza dan a la piscina y el resto de habitaciones y cocina dan al campo. (Tranquilidad absoluta) Cuando llegamos el ático estaba súper limpio y todo el perfecto estado. Las camas súper cómodas todas! Nos pusimos en contacto con Robert para contratar el alojamiento y una vez en Conil con quien tratamos es con Carmen. Un 10 de mujer, siempre dispuesta a ayudar! Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto

Fantastisch appartement op 15 minuten lopen van Conil centrum

Schoon, ruim appartement, eigen parkeergelegenheid, fijn terras, goed uitgeruste keuken en lekkere bedden! Op loopafstand van het centrum, om de hoek bij supermarkt en uitvalswegen. Zeer fijne communicatie met de eigenaar! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!

El mejor apartamento de Conil de la Fra

Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo con plaza de garaje conectada por ascensor. Cuenta con el menaje más amplio y variado que puedas imaginar. El ajuar es de primera calidad. Los colchones y almohadas son muy cómodos. Desde la gran terraza puedes ver el mar al fondo y la piscina de la urbanización. Cuenta con A.A y Calefacción. Es uno de los mejores, si no el mejor, de los que nos alojado.

Hello,
My name is Robert and I am the owner of the apartment.
I was born in Madrid, but I was only a few months old when I moved to Sweden where I have lived all my life. In my entire professional career I have been working in the media industry. I live just outside Stockholm.
My parents moved to Novo Sancti Petri along the Gulf of Cadiz three years ago, which gave me the opportunity to get to know the area better. During a visit to Conil de la frontera, I fell for the city and its people, streets, squares, large cornfields and its proximity to the sea.
When I by chance had the opportunity to see the apartment I fell in love with it instantly. I've always had a dream to one day return to my native Spain, where I as a young man spent many of my summers. This apartment is the first step towards that dream.

I grew up in Sweden, a country where light is important. It is very dark in Sweden in the winter months and there are not many sun hours. In this apartment I definitely found the light as it is located at the top of the house. Its airy and bright surfaces were a big reason why I signed the contract. At the front of the apartment one can see a glimpse of the sea and at the back there are large lovely cornfields and mountains in the distance. There is nothing in the apartment that prevents the light from looking in.

The house is situated in a quiet area, but close to everything; a large supermarket about 500 meters away, the sea about 1 800 m away and Conil's center about 1300 meters away.
To the apartment belongs a garage under the house and from there you can take the elevator up to the apartment. It is very handy if you have heavy bags to carry.
The house is modern and of high standard. All of the rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a large sun terrace with the option to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.
