The chalet "La charbonnière" in Canadian log type, welcomes you with all its comfort!
Its balcony, its terrace and its fenced garden of 600m2 with swing, garden furniture and BBQ will allow you to enjoy the view and the calm.
It accommodates from 2 to 8 people.

The chalet consists of an entrance, 1 large living room with its fully equipped open kitchen heated by a wood stove and underfloor heating with thermostat.
The living room is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, a wardrobe.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom, and the main bathroom.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, an alcove with two bunk beds for children, a bathroom and above all a large living room with television and a superb panoramic view, with a large balcony.
Thus, you have three decorated and pleasant bedrooms, two bathrooms and two showers.
You will enjoy two friendly and warm lounges and a breathtaking view of the Bresse valley and the Alsacian Honeck ...
In winter you will enjoy the well deserved après ski in the Finnish sauna
You have 3 private parking spaces and a closed garage communicating with the chalet, a basement with dryer and washing machine,

L’hébergement accepte les animaux. Le gîte, très calme, est bien situé sur les hauteurs de la Bresse, avec accessibilité en voiture aux commerces.Les circuits de randonnée sont accessibles du gîte ou à quelques kilomètres en voiture.Ce gîte est agréable.

Chalet traditionnel avec vue très agréable sur la Bresse, bien équipé en vaisselle, lits ...mais agencement peu pratique , salle de bains étroite, lavabo, douche toilettes en 3m2, 6couchages théoriques à l'étage avec 1 wc et 1 lavabo ! une douche supplémentaire au sous-sol. on est loin des normes actuelles.Traitement des déchets bac collectif à 500m mais fermé par un cadenas et pas de clé au chalet !belle vue mais voiture obligatoire même pour aller chercher une baguette de pain

Zeer goede locatie, met schitterend uitzicht over La Bresse.Verblijf was net en goed onderhouden, enige punt om bij stil te staan is dat het ruimer lijkt op foto dan in werkelijkheid. Wordt aan gegeven voor 8 personen, zou eerder max 6 personen aanbevelen, leef en eetruimte is hiervoor niet ruim genoeg.Prijs mag iets lager gezet worden.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte, complet, fonctionnel avec une très jolie vue sur La Bresse,le jardin est clôturé, ideal avec nos deux toutous.. Seule la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter du BBQ en terrasse...

Oubli total de tous les problèmes que nous vivons depuis un an, grâce à ce chalet typique et cette vue sur les montagnes . Ce chalet est de plus très bien équipé. Rien à redire.
