We have been living in Orange County Southern California since 1979. Corona Del Mar-Newport Beach is the place to be! Well known for its quaint boutiques, beach life and its long stretch Pacific coast line. We have a wonderful 18 year old son and two adorable dogs. People in Corona Del Mar/ Newport Beach is warm and gracious. The weather is always nice and sunny. The beach is so inviting. We like to walk around the neighborhood or jog on the beach. The sighting of dolphins are exciting. Enjoy dancing seagulls, pelican formations. Listen to children play or simply just laying on the sand feeling the sea breeze brushing thru your skin while watching the clouds go by. Great place in beautiful Corona del Mar
Very comfortable home for a family or group of friends. Great location, a short walk to the beach or to lots of places to go on Coast Highway. This house has everything you need for a great long weekend, or longer stay.

Cute home in beautiful Newport Beach
This charming home is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of Corona Del Mar. We enjoyed the front patio seating area and barbecue grill on the side porch. The ground floor rooms are elegantly but comfortably furnished with living room seating and TV, glass top dining table for four and ample kitchen stocked with supplies for basic meal preparation. The upstairs master bedroom and en suite are spacious and bright, luxury linens provided, situated in the front of the home with bamboo shades for privacy and an abundance of closet and drawer space. The second bathroom is also modern and bright servicing the two smaller bedrooms, the smaller of which we placed the pack n play for our 18 mo old granddaughter. The mattress and linens in the secondary BR are not quite of the same standards of the master. The owner thoughtfully provided a basket of slippers by the front door (to remind guests of the no shoes indoor policy) as well as flip flops by the back porch and was pleasantly helpful both before and during our stay. There were beach chairs, toys and umbrella in the attached locked garage, accessible from the back patio and alley way behind the house for parking alternative, although street parking was never a problem.
The home is walking distance to parks, restaurants and shopping. Amazing beaches, fine dining, and art galleries are an easy drive away in Laguna Beach. This is a multi-million dollar neighborhood with pride of ownership evidenced on every block.
Awesome CDM location
Great property in an awesome location close to the beach (but not so close that you had trouble finding parking and dealing with foot traffic past the house). Also - loved being able to walk to the PCH for coffee and restaurants.

We loved our stay! A warm and wonderful home! The front patio was one of our favorite spaces! We walked to coffee, the beach, to our workout place! It was perfect! The home has a fantastic kitchen and we were spoiled with the nice laundry room! Another plus was the parking spot behind our unit. We can’t wait to come back!

We highly recommend this house! The house is very updated with upgraded appliances. Well supplied. Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants. Very pleasant walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting on the front patio for breakfast and evening glasses of wine. Very private. Had 3 generations for a weekend getaway. We would definitely return again and again. Owner could not have been nicer. We felt very welcomed.
Next door is building a custom home. Completion date approx. Feb. 2017
