We have been living in Orange County Southern California since 1979. Corona Del Mar-Newport Beach is the place to be! Well known for its quaint boutiques, beach life and its long stretch Pacific coast line. We have a wonderful 18 year old son and two adorable dogs. People in Corona Del Mar/ Newport Beach is warm and gracious. The weather is always nice and sunny. The beach is so inviting. We like to walk around the neighborhood or jog on the beach. The sighting of dolphins are exciting. Enjoy dancing seagulls, pelican formations. Listen to children play or simply just laying on the sand feeling the sea breeze brushing thru your skin while watching the clouds go by. We highly recommend this house! The house is very updated with upgraded appliances. Well supplied. Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants. Very pleasant walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting on the front patio for breakfast and evening glasses of wine. Very private. Had 3 generations for a weekend getaway. We would definitely return again and again. Owner could not have been nicer. We felt very welcomed.
My siblings and their families stayed at this gorgeous house for my wedding weekend, and it was PERFECT. Shalan was super sweet and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The house was the right size to fit everyone, tastefully decorated, and super clean. The proximity to the beach and park were perfect for my niece and nephew. Shalan even went above and beyond to make sure there were kid friendly dishes and a step stool for them! Her thoughtfulness was much appreciated and made the stay so relaxing. This is definitely a great place to stay for a relaxing, fun getaway!
Perfect vacation get-away
Our family really enjoyed staying in this home. It is convenient, roomy, well furnished and comfortable. We are a family with adult children and it was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room for parking, and is in a great area for wallking. Fashion Island, with lots of shopping and restaurants is very close as is Balboa Island. All in all, a great place to stay. The owner was also a pleasure to work with.

We loved everything about this house, starting with the kind, welcoming owner. The house is super clean, well-decorated and supplied, great location, and much-needed reserved parking in the back. The washer/dryer are the same as we have in our home and so easy to use. This was our best experience so far with any VRBO rental. We want to recommend it to others, but not so much that it's not available next time we come back to Corona del Mar!! ;)
Fabulous Neighborhood, House and Owner
My parents, spouse, kids and dog spent six glorious days enjoying this beautiful home and the surrounding vicinity. You can walk and easily bike ride to practically everything you need- delicious restaurants, stores, movie theatre, Starbucks, parks etc... not to mention the home and neighborhood are adorable. My husband and I ran to Balboa Island every morning and got to really take in all the views. We also really enjoyed riding and walking around the wetlands off of Back Bay Drive which is nearby. When we weren't out and about we loved just hanging out at the home- it's comfortable, beautifully decorated and there are several great communal areas both inside and out. We also found the owner Shalan to be warm and very easy to work with and communicate. Without reservation I would recommend renting this property and we look forward to coming back again next year.
Lovely quite clean turn key home
Owner was so easy to work with. Her home was quiet and clean, great location, comfortable bed, we couldn't have asked for more. We had no issues during our stay with her home. I would recommend this home to anyone.
Next door is building a custom home. Completion date approx. Feb. 2017
