Community pool, covered parking. The gardens of the residence by the pool where palm trees reminiscent of the tropics and invite relaxation. Seaside resort with many sporting events, water, cultural and festive. Close to all amenities and shops, 10 minutes walk from the city center, borrowing, along the beach, Promenade Charles Trenet. Many excursions in the area: discovery of the hinterland, Lake Canet, Lake Leucate, Saint Cyprien Golf (3 km), Perpignan (10 km), Spanish border 30km (Le Perthus), Barcelona (150 km ).

Vacances parfaites!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce studio. Agréablement surprise par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire ainsi que du gardien. Le studio est parfaitement équipé et situé, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne. La résidence est très calme et très bien tenue. Tout est à proximité, aussi bien pour les balades que pour les sports nautiques. Une place de parking est réservée à l'ombre et à l'abris dans le parking sécurisé par un portail. Nous avons également apprécié la plage propre et surveillée juste à la sortie arrière de la résidence. Je recommande donc vivement ce studio!

Superbe séjour dans ce studio idéalement placé : vue magnifique sur la mer et montagnes, plage en face, centre ville accessible à pied. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue et le gardien est très sympathique. L'intérieur du studio est très chaleureux. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Les propriétaires sont charmants et n'hésitent pas à recommander les meilleurs endroits à visiter.

Parfait !

Studio idéalement placé, à l'écart du centre et des nuisances sonores. Centre qui est tout de même accessible en 5mn avec le petit train qui nous fait traverser la ville de façon ludique. La vue sur la mer est magique. Immeuble calme, très propre. Le studio est exactement comme décrit sur l'annonce et conforme aux photos. Le gardien est très sympathique. Nous avons été enchantés.
