Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment in Latin Quarter near the Seine with AC

My parents in law used to live in this apartment. I moved in myself in 1997. The building is late 19th century and is between 2 courtyards so it's very calm. You will not be disturbed by the traffic. Most occupants are owners and friendly. we have renovated the courtyards last year and are catching our breath before we start the renovation of the staircase.

We are located in the center of Paris, with all attractions at walking distance though in a typical French neighborhood. You can walk to Notre Dame, Ile Saint Louis, The Saint Chapel, Bastille, Saint Michel, Saint Germain, the Louvre, the Luxemburg garden etc. Moreover, the metro Jussieu is 100 meters away with line 7 which is North South and line 10 which is East West. We also have 2 buses passing on rue Linné, the 89 takes you to Gare Montparnasse, the 67 takes you directly to Montmartre. Nearby, there is line 63 which takes you the Musée d'Orsay, the museum du Quai Branly and the Eiffel tower. For that you get down at Trocadéro, take a nice view of the Eiffel Tower then walk towards it through the garden and the fountains. We are lucky to be at a stone throw to the Jardin des Plantes, the Parisian Botanical garden and zoo. The Roman Arènes de Lutèce is 100m away and a lovely stroll via rue Rollin takes you to Décartes, Hemmingway, Diderot or Paul Verlaine's houses, the Panthéon and the lovely Luxembourg garden. We also have 3 street markets in the neighbourhood, rue Mouffetard which is pittoresque, Place Monge and Place Maubert, at least 2 markets each day except Monday. There are plenty of good restaurants around at reasonal prices for good quality as the clientele is locals mainly. 3 small supermarkets on rue Linné and a big one at rue Monge
