We do want to clarify several points in your review- The refrigerator is new so it could only be repaired by a warranty technician which took longer to schedule than a local tech. While this was being repaired (which we notified guest of prior to stay) we added another fridge so there were still 3 full sized fridges in the home. The home is also regularly inventoried and stocked for large groups, including kitchen utensils and household essentials. Had we been notified during your stay that additional items were needed, we would have gladly delivered them immediately. Regarding the showers, remotes, and mattress concerns, these were not reported until after the stay or they would have also been immediately addressed. We always encourage guests to contact us during their visit so we can resolve any issues quickly and ensure a comfortable experience. We have now replaced the mattress, verified showers are fully draining, and inventoried remotes. We also disagree with the characterization of our communication. A week after checkout you requested for a full refund in exchange for a good review. We declined this exaction as it is against our policies. Our team worked professionally throughout the interaction while attempting to understand and address the concerns being raised. We take guest feedback seriously and continuously maintain and improve the home.

Hello-We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the views, easy beach access and well equipped kitchen. This property is truly a special place with its close proximity to the sandy beach. The kitchen fridge was replaced in 2026 at over 14k. This new fridge had a coolant leak (under warranty) and we were waiting for the approved warranty repair person. This is now fixed. This repair was why we added a third (not including broken one) full sized fridge in laundry room, (which is about 10ft from kitchen). The home currently has three full sized fridges and three beverage fridges. We also have 3 dish washers, 3 ovens and 6 washer/dryers. We understand appliances break…even new ones :( and are always so sorry when this happens and are quick as possible to get repairs. We are available 24/7. We talked to members of this group who then found the email we sent with access. I do not know if it was this reviewer but they were in the property on time at 4:30pm and check out is 10:30am. The layout of the large house has either attached bathrooms or bathrooms directly outside the door. Sorry if this was unclear. Thank you again for staying with us! They regulate the maximum occupancy and parking limits. These rules are strictly enforced. We apologize this seems unfriendly but we are required to adhere to this ordinance. Check in time is 4:30, which may be altered to 5pm on back-to- back reservations (this is on the VRBO listing) The home is very large and we have high standards of cleaning so it takes time to get it ready for guest arrivals.
