The apartment is located in Terazije street, the best place to visit all the most important touristic attractions in Belgrade. private parking in the closed area of the apartment there are 2 public covers parkings

There are 2 large separated bedrooms, large living room with sofa bed, tv, dvd, free WIFI accessories, 2 bathrooms with liquid soap and shampoo and hair dryer and there are also 2 balconies. Arriving by airport we can organize pick up from the airport directly to the apartment for the low cost.

Location, Location, Location!

The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and had 3 large separate bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms and a very well stocked kitchen. The host was excellent and was even able to provide transportation from the airport and back. I highly recommend this apartment even thought it is not modern or updated it felt very inviting and elegant.

Great location but did have problem finding apartment due to road works going on all a long the street outside apartment. The owner Irena and her agent Kesenija sorted us out and kept in contact with us, giving directions from parking garage to apartment over the phone. Just about all the things you want to see in Belgrade are walking distance from apartment (My wife and I are in our mid 70's and we walked to all main attractions.). Apartment is right next to Kneza Mihalia (see photos turn left as you leave apartment building) Obilicev venac is a left off Kneza Mihalia and the are 20 restaruants and bars in this area.

Crazy Style in the center of Belgrade

Individual style, very interesting & cozy appartement in a house of the year 1936! The appartement is huge, has two living rooms, two bed rooms, two bath rooms, a kitchen, a balcony and is located just one minute from the pedestrian area of Belgrade and the Place of the Republic... the owner Irena and the colleborator Ksenja are friendly and helpful ladies, Boki and Alexander will get you from and bring you to the airport... everything relaxed as it should be! 💟💟💟💟💟

Excellent location!!

My family of 5 stayed in the apartment. It had everything we needed. The decor was colourful, eclectic, old world and full was full of character. The beds were comfy and the kitchen equipped with everything you would need. Irena and Ksenjia, the hosts, were so welcoming and helpful. They quickly responded to my questions both before and during the stay. They made arrangements for transport to and from the airport. The best thing about this apartment was the location. Absolutely fantastic spot!! Steps from the start the Knez Mihaila, the main pedestrian street and short walks to most of the locations that you will want to visit. A half block from Hotel Moskva, where we spent a couple of lovely mornings on their outdoor cafe for breakfast. A number of bakeries nearby with some great Serbian food. And a number of great restaurants very close by. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Très bel appartement en plein centre de Belgrade

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l appartement d Irina qui est vraiment en plein centre. Nous avons été accueilli par une jeune personne très agréable et sympathique. Irina propose qu une personne de confiance vienne nous chercher à notre arrivée à l aéroport. Dans l appartement il y a tout ce qu il faut pour se sentir comme chez nous.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. So unique as well. We really enjoyed the balcony that looked out on the Main Street. It is in the best location right at the start of the Knez Milhailo. The host was available and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!!!

The property was spacious, clean, and located in a great spot in the city. Everything you need was within walking distance.

In the middle of everything

Great location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to most sights around town if you're in good shape. We took a bus and a couple of taxis also. Taxi stand in front of the building will overcharge you. Take the 31 bus to Savas chuch. Bus stop is also in front of the building. Check in was easy. Parking was a little challenging but we parked at a garage close by and it was only $12/night.

The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well equipped.

We were extremely happy with this apartment. It was very well equipped, very clean with plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. All the things in the apartment worked properly and the bed was comfortable. There were several types of coffee makers, pots and every kitchen gadget. The washer and dryer were modern and worked very well. Knesenija and vlada were very helpful and pleasant. Irene and Orlando were very prompt with responses to our queries prior to arrival and helpful in arranging for us.The location is very central. In short, we would definitely rent this apartment again if in Belgrade.

Fantastic stay in Belgarde

It is not possible to find a better place to stay when visiting Belgrade. Princess in epicenter is the perfect choice , we were second time staying there and for sure will choose it again and again when visiting this lovely city.Location is just fantastic , close to everything you would like to see either walking either by car. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy, well equiped with all you need and really gives you a feeling like your own home. Our host Vlada is just a fantastic person to communicate with answering all your questions and helping you for all you could ask. Tolle Unterkunft mit Spitzenlage im Herzen von Belgrad

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, mitten im Herz von Belgrad. Die Fußgängerzone, Cafes und Restaurants sind fußläufig nach wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr groß, so dass es zwei Hauptschlafzimmer gibt und ein wirklich großes Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner), eine Bar sowie ein Balkon und ein Raucherzimmer. Von der Einrichtung her ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für das alltägliche Leben benötigt. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer der Wohnung war sehr nett und uns wurde über diesen auch der Flughafentransfer durch Vlada (der ebenfalls ausgesprochen nett ist) vermittelt. Insgesamt waren wir mehr als zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Great situation. Very cosy and confortable with so welcoming people.

This appartement is just Great ! Localisation is perfect, it can not be more central. What ever direction you take, you have restaurants, museums, historical buildings, and so many wonderful memories of the past. The appartement itself is brillant. It's very big, enough for a groupe of Friends or a 5/6 members family like us. It's very cosy, and you can have such à pleasant pause when it's so warm outside! You have everything in the appartement, and having 2 bathrooms is great too. It's definitly a great place for staying in Belgrade. We recommand it 100% and we'll definitly take it again when we come back to Belgrade !! Super !! Thanks to the very welcoming people working with Irena and Orlando, making your staying great and confortable. Jean-Marc Savic

We had a very enjoyable stay in the heart of Belgrade.

For a good size 3 bedroom apartment in THE center of Belgrade. it represented very good value. The unit was clean comfortable and well equipped with very helpful owners. Would definitely stay again.

LOVELY PRINCESS APARTMENT IN BELGARDE

this apartment was amazing , location can not be better it is in the epicenter of Belgarde just a few steps to the Knez Mihajlova street / pedestrian zone with a lot of shops and places for good food/, and also very close to the famous Skadarlia restauarants. It was very easy to communicate with owner and our host Vlada was very kind and helpful for everything we have asked for. Surely will come again and will recommend to all our friends. Fantastic , comfortable , nicely decorated and well equiped apartment is giving you a feeling that you are at your home. Thanks Irena , thanks Vlada, see you again.
