We would’ve loved to have stayed longer and definitely would come back againIt was the end of a two week European vacation and our highlight was saying good morning and good night to all the gondoliers that passed our windowSylvia was wonderful and set everything up for us to have a smooth vacation without any worriesI would highly recommend staying here when visiting Venice. It is close to everything yet in a location that makes you feel like a local.I would recommend places to eat, but literally everywhere we went was fabulous. Just tried to avoid the places by Rialto and St Marks if you want authentic food.

You sit directly on a canal with gondolas going by all day. It was wonderful talking to all those people from all over the world. Our hostess was absolutely five star and arranged private boats for our travels. If you want an authentic Venice experience book it.

Really fun with the gondolas passing by. You can hear them and the best was the singing. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice common area for the four of us. WiFi isn’t great anywhere in Venice.

Absolutely fabulous location!! Great authentic Venetian run shops steps away. Silvia was super attentive and responsive to every question and was always available when we needed help or recommendations for anything. We loved watching and listening to the gondolas passing by through the mirrored windows. What a treat. We will definitely be staying here when we return to beautiful Venice!!

Fantastic Venice Location

Property was as advertised, location was great. We especially enjoyed being on the canal seeing all the gondolas go by, with the musicians and many tourists like us. Would stay at this location again.

Roberto was very clear when communicating before check in. Once we arrived in Venice, Roberto handed us off to Silvia. Silvia was super awesome and incredibly helpful during our entire stay. We were kind of needy because it was our first time in Venice. She responded very quickly and was always helpful. She was so helpful getting us private taxis and helping us with communication and how to get around. She was just very helpful in every way. Now for the place it self. It was so cute and quaint and very clean and the location was off the charts great! We could walk to everything Venice has to offer! Gondolas were literally going by right outside the apartment all the time and they aren't even a meter away. Just an awesome experience!! Highly recommend

Great Apartment in Venice!

Great apartment, located near excellent restaurants and shopping. Canal is literally right out the window! Host arranged for a private water taxi that took us from the train station directly to the apartment (much appreciated!). Beds were comfortable, apartment was very clean. We will stay again if we get back to Venice.
