Oro Suite, fabuloso apartamento en la plaza de Santa Maria Novella

El edificio ofrece la posibilidad de elegir entre diferentes tipos de apartamentos, además de estos, y también permite a los clientes combinar múltiples soluciones si las familias o grupos más grandes desean permanecer juntos en el mismo edificio.
SUITE ORO se encuentra en el primer piso (alrededor de 15 pasos, sin ascensor) de Palazzo de Magnale, un elegante e histórico edificio del siglo 16-ésimo, situado en una zona privilegiada de Florencia, a pocos pasos de la catedral y el Ponte Vecchio. De hecho, es situado en una de las plazas más impresionantes y más magnífico en Florencia, la plaza de Santa Maria Novella.
En el mismo edificio, en el mismo nivel, tenemos otro apartamento maravilloso, Crystal Suites, un maravilloso espacio abierto con 2 baños.
Descripción interna:
Suite de Oro es un apartamento de 140 metros cuadrados ubicado en el primer piso. El apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y está situado en dos plantas. Desde la entrada principal a la izquierda se encuentra el primer cuarto de baño con ducha. Las paredes del baño están cubiertos por una maravillosa Venecia "de relleno", así como la ducha. Continuando nos encontramos en la sala de estar con mesa de comedor para 6, un sofá, un sillón y Smart TV. La cocina totalmente equipada (horno, frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas) se encuentra frente al sofá. En el mismo nivel se encuentra el dormitorio doble brillante con cuarto de baño con ducha. Las paredes del baño están cubiertos por una maravillosa Venecia "de relleno", así como la ducha. Desde el salón, subiendo alrededor de 10 pasos, llegamos a la segunda habitación doble. Esta habitación es una habitación abierta con vistas a la primera habitación, la abertura puede ser cerrada por una cortina.
Subiendo 3 moras pasos que está en la sala de estudio abierto, con vistas a la sala de estar, aquí se encuentra el sofá cama doble.
Por último, Oro Suite ha sido recientemente reformado con gusto y estilo, el uso de colores suaves y neutros que se mezclan perfectamente con frescos en el techo con paneles.
El apartamento tiene una lavadora y una secadora compartida con otro apartamento (Crystal Suite)
En el apartamento hay un armario de gran utilidad.

The host was very communicative and quick to reply. The suite was clean and location was fantastic, walkable to everything in 10 to 15 minutes. We stayed as a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and there was lots of room. We did not mind that the 3 bedrooms were only divided by curtains but we went in knowing that. There was some street noise but we also went in knowing this.Florence is a beautiful city and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great hospitality in a perfect location

Had a great stay in Florence- from personal check in, to the clean well-appointed accommodations and thoughtful touches. The location made it easy for us to get to everything we needed to on foot. The space is wonderful and airy, likely works best for families as the bedrooms are all open to each other via curtains or glass. Two bathrooms were a definite plus as well!

Quite Simply: PERFECT!

EVERYTHING about our stay was perfect! The location is fantastic (6min walk to the train station; close to all the best sites; food/markets around the corner). The apartment was spacious and gave all 4 of our family their own space. Our host (Mariangela) was amazing - communicated before, during, and after our stay. She made sure we had anything we needed. When I go back to Firenze, I will ONLY be staying at this apartment!!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Gold Suite. Very centrally located in Florence. We walked to everything, 5 minutes to the Cathedral. We arrived very early, 11am and Mariangela and her team were very gracious to accomodate us to leave our bags there while they prepped the rooms. While there she checked in on us via text to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything, We were 4 of us staying in 3 rooms and we all felt the same, very warm and spacious suite for our stay. We would stay here again in. heart beat.

Was in a great location ,but bottom bedroom very noisy due to air-conditioning main unit being located in main bedroom also noise outside.Top bedrooms very hot unless air-conditioning units are on which then affects main bedroom downstairs.Otherwise very well equipped.

Best Place!

The apartment was so beautiful and clean and so comfortable! The AC worked great (which was so important to my husband and also it was 102 degrees when we were in Florence)! Great location; close to sights and a little grocery store just around the corner. We could walk to everything. Mariangela was a great host and so helpful with everything we needed! This is a great place to stay if you're in Florence!

Great place. Great location. Loud.

Beautiful, clean place. Great location near the train station. We could walk to everything to see in Florence. The host was perfect. However, it is loud inside and out. Each bed is open to the other beds so you can hear every snore and see every light that turns on. And the outside is VERY loud. The host left earplugs by every bed, which was super kind and helpful. Without them, I may not have slept a wink as loud, happy people are right outside the windows enjoying Florence most of the night.

Lovely Historic Apartment

This building is from the 1500’s and is in exceptional condition. The apartment itself is beautiful and works well for a family of four with two almost adult teens that need their own space. At the end of a long busy day of sight seeing, the apartment was nice to come back to. There is some street noise that we had to get used to, mostly because the nights are so quiet and still where we come from. We also had to figure out how to work with smaller water heaters than we did at hotel we had just come from. We had to adjust for that, but figured it out eventually. Being able to do laundry (with a dryer) here is a bonus.

Feb trip to Florence

This apartment was everything we hoped for and expected. The location is excellent. (It is on a busy square and you can hear traffic sounds - the apartment provided earplugs, but you might want to bring your own if you are a light sleeper. It was not a problem for us.) Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Mariangela and Francesca were delightful. There was one issue upon our arrival, but Mariangela handled it immediately and after that everything was perfection. (And to be very fair - it was not their fault.) I highly recommend this apartment and this management team.

Wonderful property and hosts. Can be a bit loud at night but nothing that was too concerning to us. Perfect location for restaurants and sightseeing. Property was clean and larger than expected. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect stay in Florence!

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence! To start with the host Mariangela was so helpful and kind, even before we arrived! She communicated very well with us! The apartment itself is in a beautiful old building right in the historic center of town. Everything was a 5-10 minute walk away and we did not have to use our car or a taxi once! The location is perfect! The apartment is beautifully furnished and everything we needed was provided. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very clean. If you want complete privacy, just note that the bedrooms are only separated by a curtain but this did not bother us at all! I would recommend this apartment to anybody! Thank you, Mariangela!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst freundlich und stets engagiert für unser Wohl. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt, nur dass die Schlafzimmer nicht komplett verschlossen werden konnten erschwerte es für uns sich Mal zurückziehen zu können.

Perfect Florence Apartment

My family and I (3 adults, 1 child) stayed in his apartment for almost a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is extremely well located being so close to Santa Maria Novella Station and Piazza Santa Maria Novella and only a short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and Palazzio Vecchio and all of the beautiful places in between. Genuinely a great base from which to explore Florence. Both Mariangela and Sara were excellent to deal with and helped make our stay so very pleasant. The apartment is a generous size and well appointed - it looks just like it does in the advertisement!

Great place, but a little awkward for two couples.

The owner was great, the location was great (although difficult to find at first - it is directly next to Hotel Roma), and it was in good condition. I wish the apartment had a terrace or veranda to sit outside on, but we knew that when we rented it. The way the two rooms are situated with one room as a loft looking directly to the lower bedroom (there were curtains) was a bit "awkward" for two couples, but would be great for a family with children. The only negative was out of the owner's control, as the main hallway that led up the stairs to the apartment always had the lingering smell of sewage, which I guess came from the garbage directly outside the front door. I would recommend this apartment for the right circumstances.

Dear Terry Thanks for your review and the kind words toward our staff. As for what you wrote in your feedback , I have to say that everything is already written in the description of the apartment. In the description is written that there is not a terrace or a balcony and that the upstairs bedroom looks to the one downstairs and it is closed with a curtain. Everything was written already in the description :-) hence if you needed a terrace or a completely separated bedroom, you had to book another apartment. As for the smell in the hallway of the building, in truth it's the first time we receive this kind of complain, but I m sure that there is not any boxes for the trash outside the building, because all trash boxes are in the square, and they are all closed. By the way, I m sorry if you think that there was a bad smell. My warmest regards Mariangela

GREAT APT IN FLORENCE

This place was perfect Great location in Santa Maria Novella Square. walkable to all locations. Great Gelato place right in square 2 minutes away. Owner was terrific-a little hitch with checkin as our train came in late-but otherwise perfect.

Great Central Location

We had a great 5 night stay in this apartment. It was walking distance to all the major sites and easy to get to from airport to Santa María train station. The convenience of the grocery store was awesome too. Mariangela was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The checkin process was very helpful too. I recommend this location.

Great apartment with even better views

Mariaangela greeted us at the apartment and took her time to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment overlooks the piazza are had spectacular views. It was very clean and welcoming. The building itself is very old and charming. There was a great grocery just around the corner with reasonable prices. We really got a first hand experience of living in Florence. I would recommend this to families as we were very comfortable here. Thank you for the amazing experience.
