This incredible villa set up on a stunning hillside ,it overlooks the main port of Patitiri which is close by.
There are 2 bedrooms in the main house , a large twin bedroom downstairs with en suite ,bath , shower , wc, tiled walls and floors.The bedroom has mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning and tastefully decorated , with wardrobes and dressing table. Bedside tables and lamps .Tiled floors, quality linens and towels and bathrobes are provided.The furnishings are modern and tasteful

The balcony area has a table and 2 chairs . The en suite bathroom has a quality power shower in a cubicle , twin sinks and wc . The bathroom is tiled , The is a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view onto Patitiri and the sparkling Aegean sea.
The living and dining area is open plan , there are two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV that offers local and some satellite channels including BBC news, DVD and CD players and an Ipod docking station.There is a book library where you can swop books .
The kitchen is well equipped for home dining , There is a full oven and hob , microwave , dishwasher , large fridge freezer, kettle ,Nespresso coffee machine , toasted sandwich maker.The large dining table is close to the kitchen .The French doors leading to the terrace have mosquito nets on them.
Outside there is a luxury room/studio on the terrace to the side of the villa with large glass open folding windows, showing off the incredible views , two.Large sofas suitable for sleeping on , coffee table , large flat screen TV , small fridge.Free air conditioning . There is an en suite bathroom leading from the main room with shower, wc and sink .
The private studio is situated down some steps to the edge of the terrace . The studio is an open plan living and sleeping area, modern and smartly decorated with quality furnishings, there is a comfortable sofa , flat screen TV on the wall in the bedroom area , a dining table and 4 chairs a small kitchenette behind some folding doors.The studio has utensils and basic equipment for 2 persons. The large bathroom has twin sinks , a shower in a cubicle ,wc and is tiled on the floors and walls . The sleeping area is up a couple of steps on a slightly higher level , a large double bed with quality linens and towels , bath robes are provided. Free air conditioning and mosquito nets on all doors and windows . Out side the studio there is and outdoor dining table and chairs and sun lounging area. There is a heated spa pool with a water shower jet into the pool is 6.50 m x 2.50 m . An outside hold and cold water shower next to the spa pool.
The main outside area by the Villa is large and there is plenty of shady place s . There s a large covered dining area with modern table and chairs , next to this area is a traditional style BBQ area with Preparation space . The main swimming pool 5m x 10 m is in front of the villa and has an infinity edge ,giving the opportunity to be in the water and enjoy the views, there is an outdoor shower to the side of the pool .
There are comfortable sun loungers around the pool and 2 day beds to relax and enjoy the views.
The Villa is located just a 5 minute drive from the main town of Patitiri and the Old town is a 3 minute drive . The area is also great for walking and many paths and trails close by including the old donkey path that leads you to the village and also down into Patitiri.This old path is a beautiful old cobbled trail leading you through the hillside .
