Recharge yourself in a small farm in the countryside with heated pool

In the village with 140 inhabitants, on the border of the Champagne, this farmhouse located on a 1600sq.m ground is fully fenced and flowered. It includes a pool 9m x 4m x1.5 deep heated swimming and is sunny all day long. You will find garden furniture under the shade of trees with barbecue. On the ground floor is a 30m2 kitchen with fireplace (wood provided), gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, iron flat screen. You will also find a 30m2 lounge with 152 cm plasma screen ,home theatre and blu ray. There is a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms with double beds + 1 single bed. hilly region rich in historical monuments, visit the old Troyes (textile capital with its factory outlets) with its houses collombages; Vézelay(eternal hill) and its basilica, Saint-Fargeau and light show from July to August, the building of Guédelon Fortified Castle (seen on television);Nigloland Amusement Park 18 hole golf course at Chaource Castle 25 km away

Tourist attractions: you will be 10 km away from Burgundy Canal with boat rentals,which will allow you discovering the region its old villages.
At 25 km away from there discover Epineuil with its vineyards, where you can in its wine cellars, tasting his rosé wine.
Bordering the Epineuil Village; the Tonerre Town and its Yonne Pit (pit of more than 50m deep, whose source origin is still unknown.)
You will discover the Chevalier d'Eon Hotel (secret agent of LouisXV, who was often dressed as a woman, hence the mystery about the origin of his sex.
The ancient hospital was built under Marguerite de Bourgogne in 1283.

A great place for a relaxing break

The host was friendly, the cottage had everything we needed, the pool was lovely and our dog loved the enclosed garden. Lots of great places to visit (Sunday market in Chablis 5*) and the bread baked 200m from the front door is brilliant.

lovely villa with nice heated pool in quiet area

we had a great week in the villa, which has all facilities you need for a pleasant stay. especially the heated pool was a real bonus. the Sunday market in Chablis is well worth a visit, as well as the town of Auxerre.

Lovely countryside holiday home

If you're in for a pleasant stay at the country side of France, love a big pool and superbe comfy beds, then don't hesitate to book this lovely holiday home. The kitchen has been equipped excellently and there also is a great bbq outside that you can use. My family (3 young children, my husband and I) had an excellent holiday, thank you!

Perfect place to chill out and relax by the pool. Kitchen is very well equipped, every thing you need. Loved seeing the cranes in the local fields every morning and the lizards by the pool. Pascal turned up on time to let us in and when we wanted to leave early. Perfect holiday.

Perfect rural getaway

We had a fantastic stay and were warmly welcomed by our host, Pascal, who greeted us on arrival and made us feel right at home. The house itself was beautiful, serving as the perfect base for exploring the local area. Every day started with a refreshing swim in the lovely pool, which was always clean and at the perfect temperature. We also thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the garden, where the BBQ allowed us to take full advantage of the excellent weather. Overall, a wonderful experience—we'd love to return!

A lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful area

This was a great property for us for a family reunion made up of a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys aged 5 and 8), a couple with their dog and a single person. The rooms were fine, the downstairs was the highlight with a large lounge, and a kitchen with a big open fire. The pool was warm and ready for us but the weather wasn't the best being April, but the kids still braved it a couple of times! The host Pascal was warm and friendly even turning up for an early check out. Many thanks and we hope to return!

Excellent Holiday

Our family consisted of my husband and me, our daughter and her husband and their 2 children, our grandchildren ages 4 and 15 months. We had all agreed we wanted somewhere quiet for us to chill out for 2 weeks. This is exactly what we got. Pascal our host was at the property to meet us when we arrived and show us round. The children were so excited to get into the swimming pool which was located at the back of the barn which was excellent as there was no way the children could wander to the pool on their own. The pool was excellent and it was used everyday. The property was in a remote village but only a few miles to the supermarket which was excellent. The property itself was excellent, we had plenty of room. We had our dog with us and he had plenty of garden to roam around in and well enclosed so there was no chance of him escaping. Pascal came a few times during our visit to ensure all was OK and it most certainly was. An excellent holiday, excellent location, excellent property, excellent host. We are all well rested and now all back to our busy lives. Thank You so much for everything Pascal. Gill, Dave, Kirsten, Ian, Arabella, Grace & Bracken (the dog)

Très bon séjour de Noël passé en famille dans cette propriéte ! Nous avons apprécié la communication avec le propriétaire qui s'est montré très disponible et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.La maison est bien équipée et plutôt bien insonorisée. Elle est spacieuse, agréable et propre. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé et 3 enfants entre 3 et 7 ans.Nous recommandons cette location ;) !

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger schöner Gegend

Tolles Grundstück, großer gut gepflegter Pool.Toll ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Sommer wäre ein Ventilator oder gar eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll, da sich die Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach befinden. Jetzt im Juni bei 32 Grad war es für uns noch ok. Ich persönlich würde mir noch gemütlichere Gartenmöbel für abends wünschen. Die weißen Plastikgartentische sind nicht mehr wirklich schön, aber mit einem Tischtuch kein Problem. Aber das waren für uns wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten.Wir werden auf jeden Fall im Sommer nochmals in dem schönen Haus Urlaub machen. Pascal ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals für alles und den leckeren Chablis.

Tolles Haus mit Pool zum Entspannen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lasson. Der Pool war super. Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht. Eventuell wäre ein bisschen mehr Besteck (gerade Messer waren zu wenig) gut, ansonsten alles top.

Mooi verblijf, rustig gelegen.

We hebben genoten van de rustige ligging. Het zwembad is een leuke extra bij mooi weer. Het is proper en gezellig ingericht. Alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Er is een bakker in het volgende dorpje en grootwarenhuis op 10min afstand.

Ruhiges Haus, perfekt zum Abschalten

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt mit 6 Erwachsenen & einem Hund über die Silvestertage. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war super ausgestattet. Pascal hat uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen und die Kommunikation mit ihm war gut. Lediglich beim Komfort gibt es von uns kleine Abzüge: die Couch war beschädigt und durchgesessen, die Matratzen in den Betten müssten erneuert werden und die Stühle in der Küche könnten Kissen haben, um bequemer zu sein. Alles in allem können wir einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus weiterempfehlen, wenn man etwas Ruhe sucht und abschalten möchte.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Pascal. Si le temps ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de sa piscine, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à visiter cette belle région (Troyes, Tonnerre, St Florentin, Chablis sans oublier Nigloland..) et à profiter de la maison et de sa belle cheminée. 2 adultes avec 4 enfants de 5 à 9 ans, nous étions très bien logés dans la maison de Pascal qui est très bien équipée. Pascal s'est montré très disponible pour les arrivée et départ, accueillant, et de bons conseils. Un grand merci

Merveilleux séjour

J’avais réservé pour un week-end entre couple et tout c’est très bien passé. Un village très calme, une belle maison avec beaucoup d’espace à l’extérieur et une piscine ! Tout était réuni pour nous amuser 😊 Le propriétaire a été vraiment sympa et disponible. Tout le monde était heureux du séjour, on réfléchit déjà pour réserver un plus long séjour l’année prochaine.
