Cool Villa in the hills near Vence

Recently refurbished Villa surrounded by 33 olive trees with a large 12 metre heated pool in a beautiful garden. Away from the hustle of the coast, but 20 minutes from both Nice airport and St Paul de Vence. Great views of the mountain village of St Jeannet and the Baous beyond. You can play boule, table tennis and football in the adjoining field, or simply sit, read, eat and drink. The property is quiet but you can walk to the bread shop, small supermarket and auberge. The coast is 20 minutes away to St Laurent du Var or 30 minutes to the outskirts of Antibes.

A beautiful villa with a stunning backdrop

A beautiful property, well looked after and maintained. Everything at the property we could want for a 2 week stay. Well located within a 10 minute walk of a supermarket, bakery and butcher, so no need to drive if you dont want too. The communication before, during and after were great. We cant wait to go back.

Wonderful

We had a relaxing stay at this house. We loved the wonderful garden with a lot of olive trees and the swimmingpool. In 20 minutes you are in Nice and also places like Cannes are not that far.

Perfect escape

We spent a week in this property with our two boys aged 7 and 9. It was the perfect getaway complete with a beautiful huge lawn and swimming pool. The house is so well maintained and has so much character. We absolutely loved the privacy at the property too, very quiet and the scenery of the mountains is stunning. The bakery and supermarket is a 10 min walk which suited us perfectly. Everything you could need is in the house. I couldn't recommend this property more! We will be back.

Well equipped, light, airy and set in a lovely garden, great pool.

All the main rooms lead out onto the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Peaceful and relaxing, but close to the facilities the Côte has to offer. We also walked up to the old village for dinner.
