This is our personal home, into which we’ve poured our hearts—not some anonymous rental property. We come here often—it’s our family retreat. It’s a “lived-in” home. That’s what visitors appreciate, even if not everything is perfect. We reinvest the proceeds from rentals to restore the house and improve its comfort.
