Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! This large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Gulf front luxury condo is located on the eastern corner on the 17th floor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the crystal blue waters and white, sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast from the 750 square foot Gulf-facing balcony.

All 4 bedrooms offer spectacular views towards the east. Floor to ceiling windows give the opportunity to watch the waves roll in from the dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, flat screen TV's in every bedroom, as well as the living room, satellite cable service and lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 750 square foot corner balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

This was an amazing stay and the condo was wonderful. The views for sunrise and sunset were incredible. Plenty of space for the 12 people we had staying. We cooked in everyday and had all that we needed. The lazy river and slide were a big hit with the kiddos.

This is a beautiful, large condo with a stunning view!! There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas and the bedrooms each had their own private bath with an additional half bath in the hallway. The kitchen was well stocked and the views from every room were stunning. Communication with the property management company was easy and they always answered quickly. The condo building has 3 pools (one indoor) and a lazy river. The beach here in stunning. This is a great place for a large group and had all we needed and wanted. Deck for parking as well.

Wonderful ocean views, spacious & lots to do at the resort! The space & offerings were ideal for our group of 9 (13 - 68) pickle ball, basketball, bags, volleyball & all equipment available to borrow. The staff are all very friendly, as were the other guests. Great beach!My less than five stars is because the condo needed a deep cleaning. Walls, blinds, knobs, trim, etc. is pretty banged up. There are no rugs so even on higher floors the sand is everywhere (bring slippers & plan to sweep/vacuum). Lack of places to hang bath towels, beach towels, swimsuits. Beds are okay as far as comfort level. We had a great time and will probably try this building again.

Huge Condo

This was the largest beach condo we have ever stayed in! Awesome balcony. Lots of living room seating. Loved having an ice maker at the wet bar. It is a great condo all around with beautiful sunrise views! I would stay here again for sure! But here are my constructive suggestions… Mattress in master bedroom was not very comfortable. All other mattresses were great. I wish this condo had some area rugs. I bought several bath mat towels with me because I saw in the photos there were no rugs whatsoever. A rug in the entry way, in front of kitchen sink, in the huge master bedroom… would have made the space more cozy, too, especially for little ones playing on the living room floor. Cushions for the balcony loungers would have been nice. Had to use pillows on them as they are wooden slat chairs and very uncomfortable. Lastly, the kitchen is well stocked, but in need of a few new skillets. I bought a few older ones from home that were better than what they had and left them for next guest. It's a common thing I have run into with vacation rentals. I brought extra kitchen towels and a pot scrubber with me as well which proved to be needed.

Great beachfront property with stunning views and the best beach you ever experience! Make sure you have a vehicle as walking to restaurants and shopping is not doable.
