My flat is modern, spacious and colorful. It is perfect for families (with kids) and big groups. It is in a residential area in a quiet building. All around there are shops, bars and restaurants. The Metro Station is 400 meters distance. The house has a large living room with a double sofa-bed; a fully-equipped kitchen; 1 small bedroom with a single bed; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Moreover there are 2 bathrooms and two large balconies with a nice view.
My apartment is in a residential area and the building is very quiet. The entire apartment is available for the guests. Feel free to enjoy all the different spaces.
Interaction with Guests
I will be always available for you, but if I can't be there, someone from Hostmaker will assist you at any time. They are my friends who help me out while I am away.
Tha apartment is close to Villa Gordiani a big park along the Via Prenestina, in Rome, Italy. It is home to several ancient Roman remains, traditionally identified with the villa of the Gordian imperial family, which included three Roman emperors of the 3rd century.
The apartment is in a good place to get reached by public transportation.
There is the metro station (Teano– Metro C) 5 minutes walking and there are a lot of bus stops just in front of it (Via Prenestina).
From Termini Station you get the apartment in about 20 minutes by car or in about 35 minutes by tram (n. 5, 16 stops, get off at Prenestina - Olevano Romano) then walk on via Bellegra.
From Fiumicino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 45 minutes (45,00€) or you can go to Termini station by train (25 minutes, 14,00€ per person) and then take the public transport (read above).
From Ciampino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 30 minutes (30,00€) or you can go to Termini station by bus (45 minutes, 6,00€ per person) and then take the the public transport (read above).
If you’d like to go to San Peter’s Cathedral you need to take Metro C (green line), from Teano, and get off at Lodi. From Lodi Station you have to walk 10 minutes to San Giovanni Station (Metro A), so, there, you can take the Metro A (red line) for 9 stops, getting off at Ottaviano Station.
For Spanish Steps you have to take Metro C (green line), from Teano, and get off at Lodi. From Lodi Station you have to walk 10 minutes to San Giovanni Station (Metro A), so, there you can take the Metro A (red line) for 6 stops, getting off at Piazza di Spagna Station.
To see the Colosseum, you have to to take the Metro C (green line) from Teano getting off at Lodi and there take the bus nr. 51 for 9 stops, getting off at Celio Vibenna.

* Roma Capitale authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed & breakfasts and camping grounds in Rome. The tourist accommodation tax is due for each night spent in Rome’s accommodation facilities.
Regulation on the Rome city tax, approved on March 30th 2018, has introduced important innovations. Tourists staying in private apartment are required to pay a daily contribution of € 3.50 per person. The fee applies only for the first 10 day. Exception: persons who are residents of Rome, and children up to 10 years old.
