Tolle Wohnung fußläufig zum Strand

the beautiful apartment fully corresponds to the description. We felt absolutely comfortable for the 4 months and would come back at any time. Yolanda and Augustin are very friendly, helpful and always available. We will come back, see you.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg van appartement, restaurants en winkels. Veel restaurants ook in januari en februari open. Alleen 's winters weinig zon op het balkon, wat zomers een pre zal zijn!

De eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Aan alles is gedacht voor de eerste dagen, koffie en wat bier en frisdrank, melk. Shampoo in de douche. En buitengewoon schoon. Alle voorzieningen in de buurt en de rust uiteraard.

Martin es un huésped fantastico, la comunicación con el ha sido muy buena y ha tratado el apartamento como si fuera su propia casa. Cuando se ha ido, el apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y todo ordenado, se lo agradecemos mucho. Patrick y su esposa son una pareja encantadora. La comunicación con ellos fue excelente. Son unos inquilinos extraordinarios y dejaron el apartamento muy limpio. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Sehr gute Einrichtung (Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler stabiles Internet, TV). Fantástico apartamento

La estancia en general ha sido perfecta. El apartamento está cuidado a todo detalle y se ajusta totalmente a lo que se ve en fotos. La terraza ... fabulosa, la cocina totalmente equipada (no hemos echado nada en falta) y las habitaciones también muy bien. El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa (3-4 minutos andando), que está muy bien y a 8 min. en coche del centro de Denia. Tenemos que dar las gracias a Agustín y Yolanda por su recibimiento y atención y por mantener el apartamento como lo tienen. Así da gusto ... Un abrazo. Jon

Séjour Luz del Mediterraneo

Nous avons passés deux mois et demi dans cet appartement du 5 janvier au 15 mars . L'accueil de Yolanda et Agustin très chaleureux et sympathique nous a vraiment touchés. L'appartement est très confortable, meublé avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable, literie impeccable parking souterrain à proximité de l'ascenseur. L'équipement de l'appartement et tout à fait adapté pour un long séjour.Nous avons quitté Dénia avec beaucoup de regrets en raison du covid 19. Location à réserver sans hésitation. Cosy home, close to the beach and busstop

The apartment was exactly as was shown in the pictures. The owner himself was there to meet us and give us a tour of the grounds. It was very cozy, lovely terrace (although no sun because it is situated on the north side). Everything was there in the kitchen, cooking and even cleaning supplies. Perfect was the HDMI cable provided for us so we could look at our own television programs and Netflix. It was well organized, clean, comfy beds and free use of beach chairs. Perfect place for those hot spring and summer days. The supermarket is at 500m, beniconnect transfer right in front of the building and a pizzeria with decent food which stays open during winter all day long.

Très bel appartement, séjour en juin 2019

Apartamento muy cómodo, moderno y cerca de todo, con garaje

Hemos pasado un més en el apartamento y no nos ha faltado nada. El piso tiene todo que se necesita para vivir - lavadora, lavavajillas, calefacción - una terraza muy bién equipada, garaje cerrado al que se llega directamente con el ascensor. Fuera hay una piscina para los que vienen en verano y a pocos pasos está la playa. Tiene internet Wifi que funciona perfectamente. Hay un supermercado a pocos metros y se llega rápido en el centro de Denia o con el coche o el autobús. Los proprietarios son muy simpáticos y nos han explicado todo en el piso así que no han quedado preguntas. Una estancia muy agradable y recomendable.
