This 105m2 apartment, with luxury amenities, overlooks the bay of Talloires 5 minutes walk from the village center. Located in a reference property from the beginning of the 19th century, it was completely renovated in 2014 and has 3 bedrooms, one of which is master with lake view, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The master bathroom has an Italian shower, a sink and a separate toilet.

The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, a jetted tub and a double sink sink.

Bright and with all the facilities, with a unique view of the lake and the mountains, the rental is located in a small residence near several shops (mini-market, post office, café, newsagent, tobacconist, bakery, etc.) and renowned restaurants. .

The equipment is complete: iron, free WIF, hairdryer, central heating, TV, stereo, player.
The American kitchen has 4 induction cooking hobs, two refrigerators, a microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, grain coffee and nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine ...

Spectacular view - very special location

A wonderful apartment in the charming town of Talloire on Lake Annecy. A quiet location but only 25 minutes to the bustling town of Annency. We wish the weather had been warmer so that we could have enjoyed the lovely outdoor area. A great 2 week stay!

Spectacular vacation

The house is magnificent and the views just incredible. We spent many hours sitting in the garden enjoying meals and the setting. We had our 3 20 something children with us and the location was perfect for walking into town, biking the lake, swimming at the beach. Bruno was a great host!

Lovely place

Beautiful property with a lovely view of the lake! Great access to hiking trails and a short walk downhill to the lake. Short walk to bus stop and parapenting also. Bruno was a cordial host and was quick to answer questions. Beds are comfortable? And rooms spacious. A wonderful deck to grill eat outside.

Fantastic apartment overlooking the lake

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment, which is situated in the hillside overlooking the lake. There are absolutely stunning views from the lounge and the master bedroom. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, and generally to a high standard. The garden and terrace are perfect spots to have a BBQ and soak up the atmosphere. Talloires is a small pretty village, with some good restaurants. There is a shop and bakers so you can get all your provisions.

Stunning shared view without A/C

This space has stunning views over the lake that are just magical. The bedrooms spaces are nice but without hanging for clothes (drawers available under master bed). Lovely showers. No air conditioning which is hard for Americans in the summer. Seating in the main room is rather sad but not uncomfortable. Parking for those unfamiliar with tiny stone walled twists would be tough but we are used to them and we’re fine going slowly into the lot. I guess this home has apartments which I didn’t grasp so you have others running around which can be very cute or not so depending. Also somewhere I saw check out time as 10:30 but the house keeper came at 9:45. The owner is very responsive and nice, we never spoke to the house manager.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement très confortable, parfaitement équipé (équipements de qualité), d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien situé (commerces, restaurants, lac à proximité). L’appartement est très calme et dispose d’une une vue splendide sur le lac et les montagnes. Un réel plaisir visuel depuis l’appartement et également depuis le jardin bien aménagé et parfaitement entretenu! Les photos sont plus que conformes à la réalité ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique, chaleureux, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Merci également à Martine qui s’est occupée de notre arrivée et de notre départ : charmante et aux petits soins. Grâce à eux nos vacances ont été plus que parfaites! Excellent séjour à Talloires - Mars 2020

L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé et bien meublé. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans l'appartement et le jardin. La promixité de la ville, des commerces et du lac est un grand avantage de cet endroit merveilleux. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes depuis l'appartement et la terrasse du jardin est superbe et exceptionnelle. Nous avons été très satisfaits du soutien et de l'aide du propriétaire de l'appartement. Nous avons été en contact via Whatapps. Il s'occupe vraiment de ses invités du début à la fin. En conclusion, nous avons été très satisfaits de cette réservation et nous reviendrons très certainement très bientôt.

The view is amazing!

We all loved this place, the photos don't do it justice, the view is so beautiful! Great house, everything you need. Talloires is a lovely village on the lake with good restaurants, a supermarket and a little beach. You can walk down to the village or up the mountain from the house. We loved grilling our food on the barbecue and sitting in the garden looking over the lake. Would love to return!

beautiful apartment overlooking lake

We had a delightful stay in Talloires. The flat is spacious, clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed sitting at a little table by the window, looking at the lake and mountains as we had our morning coffee and evening drinks. The outside terrace was lovely for supper, and the deckchairs under the cherry tree were just right for a cool afternoon. The flat was very convenient for Talloires - you can walk down in 10 minutes. There is a very good supermarket in Talloires, and a better one in Menthon. The only problems we had were 1.) the property is difficult to find and to access - more detailed instructions would have been useful. 2.) We only had one key which was very inconvenient for 5 people. 3.) the pillows were not at all comfortable.

Appartement parfait

Très bien situé et équipé, je recommande cet appartement. Il n y manque rien, 20 minutes jusqu’à Annecy, 15 pour monter à la petite station du col de La Forclaz (je recommande vivement aussi pour les débutants ou enfants). Vue splendide sur le lac et les alpes. Le propriétaire est très gentil et réactif quand on a des questions, Martine qui vous accueil est très avenante et aux petits soins. Tout était parfait, merci beaucoup
