This cosy, newly renovated studio for 2 people is ideal for a getaway. It is located in the heart of Roses, surrounded by shops, stores, restaurants and everything you could need. La Punta beach is just 100 metres away. Modern, practical and with an unbeatable location, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the coastal town of Roses.
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible
COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 1.93 per person per night. Animals: 25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
