NEW apartment 4 people great benefits near slopes and 1km from the village

NEW 70m2 apartment with neat services, located at 55 impasse des crets in La Clusaz.
It is the ground floor of the chalet 6 minutes walk (400 meters) from the Crêt du Merle piste (blue piste) and from the arrival of the skating rink gondola and 30 meters from the bus stop " the Fiaux ".
There are 2 bedrooms: sheets are provided
1 with 2 beds of 90X190
1 with 1 bed of 160 X 200
A shower room with towel dryer and washing machine. (towels and bath mat on request 5 € per person.)
Separate WC.
Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules, dishwasher with washing tablets, induction hob, tea towels, raclette / stone grill, fondue set)
Living room with an area of 27m2 with view of the Etale.

Short stays are possible outside long periods, however a minimum of 2 nights is required. The night is 150 €.
65m2 terrace with view of the Etale and 2 private parking spaces.

Relaxing stay

Modern, spacious apartment in quiet area of La Clusaz. We stayed for a walking holiday and found it well situated to access a range of walking/hiking routes in the as long as one has access to a car. There is currently some building work in the adjacent properties but, as we were out during the day, did did not disturb us.

lovely apartment in pristine condition, very well equipped; good shower, comfortable beds and pretty views. Uphill from the town so good exercise if you don’t want to use car or bus. Would happily recommend.

Super séjour, photos conformes chalet parfait, vue magnifique. Piste de ski à 400m 3 mins en voiture, à pieds ça se fait bien sauf avec des enfants en bas âge ça peut être un peu difficile car ça monte, télécabine qui emmène au bas des pistes. Rien ne manque tout est bien pensé, si nous devions juste ajouter quelques choses ce serait quelques jeux de société, rien d autre . Merci Léa pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, l’emplacement, l’équipement, la vue, ect… Juste une chose ; Avec l’âge (>60 ans), nous devenons très sensible côté literie. Il nous faut soutien ferme mais accueil moelleux. Pas de problème côté soutien, mais la prochaine fois on vient avec notre sur-matelas et nos oreillers. À relativiser cependant car avec 30 ans de moins, ça ne nous aurait sûrement pas gêné.
