My space is located near the city center, parks, art and culture, beautiful scenery, 200 meters from Caves do Vinho do Porto, 400 meters from Ribeira de Gaia and train station, about 100 meters from the bus stop, 1km the Porto Ribeira. You'll love my space because of the lighting, the bed comfortable, the kitchen, the warmth, created just for you. My space is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families (with children).

Si vous voulez dormir dans une cave

Appartement insalubre qui sent l'humidité pour ne pas dire la moisissure malgré le nettoyage correct des femmes de ménage. Situé en sous-sol avec une petite fenêtre de chambre en contre-bas d'une rue, l'autre en contre-bas du passage des autres locations avec aboiement de chiens puis une fenêtre de cuisine fermée qui donne dans un débarras faisant office en autre de garage à moto, vélo, laverie et repassage des femmes de ménage qui viennent tous les jours. La terrasse n'est pas privative, et se trouve au milieu des autres logements. Pas de lave-linge ni de place pour se garer dans la rue comme annoncé et parking le plus proche malfamé aux dires du voisinage. C'est une honte qu'un tel "logement" soit mis en location de vacances! Bien entendu, le propriétaire n'a rien voulu entendre et ne s'est même pas déplacé pour en discuter (son logement situé au dessus).

If you want to sleep in a cellar

L’endroit loué est situé dans la cave du propriétaire. Les fenêtres des chambres sont donc petites et il y a des traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain. La terrasse est à partager avec les autres locataires. C’est très Bruyant car on entend tous les bruits de ma maison et des propriétaires. Bref location à éviter. Les autres locataires étaient aussi choqués que nous.
