Patricia House - Ibiza

Comfortable, pleasant and charming house located on a small hill, in a natural and very quiet environment. Ideal to enjoy a few days in contact with nature and enjoy the private pool and the wonderful views. It has 3 rooms on the main floor (one double with bathroom en suite, one double and one single, with a bathroom), and another room with independent access on the lower floor, with bathroom en suite, suitable for up to 4 people (bed double and double sofa bed).

The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate 9 people.
The environment and its location make this house an ideal place for a quiet holiday.
All the services available to the house are available to guests.
We guide guests on the day of arrival to the house and inform them of everything necessary for their stay. We are also present on the day of departure. And once or twice a week, we go to water the garden.
We are available for any incident that may arise, by phone or email.

The house is located on the side of a hill, facing south, surrounded by fields and forest, 8 km from the city of Ibiza, and 3 km from the town of Sant Rafel. It has frontal views of Ibiza town and Formentera. It is an area of isolated houses, with a lot of tranquility and privacy.
Access is by road to the village of Sant Rafel, and then by a dirt road of approximately 3 km, in good condition.
It is necessary to have a private vehicle, since the house is located in a rural and isolated area.
Due to its location, the house is not accessible by public transport.
The taxi service does not pick up at home.
