All around, this was a very pleasant stay at Robin's place, and I'd definitely recommend it, though a couple of caveats worth mentioning.Robin was a fantastic host who made sure our needs were met before, during, and after our stay. He responds quickly and always finds solutions. Credit to him, without him this would've been a different experience.The house itself is unique for Ibiza and full of charm. Like other reviews say, it looks even better in person than in photos. The outdoor space is gorgeous and spacious, the pool is large and great to swim in, and with no neighbors around you feel like you're on another planet, despite being in one of the island's best locations.Being more of a house than a hotel, electricity (and AC) capacity is a bit limited. There was only one AC unit, in the main bedroom, but Robin installed a second in the mezzanine shortly before our stay, which helped a lot. The bungalow, a small separate room with its own bathroom, is a nice bonus space, though it runs warm in summer and could use better airflow. Best suited as extra space rather than a primary room for two adults, but it has real potential.On location: without exaggeration, this is the best spot on the island, close to Eivissa town, San Antonio, the west coast beaches, inland villages like Santa Gertrudis, and still reasonably near the north beaches.All in all, huge thanks to Robin. We'd say groups of up to 4 adults will get the most out of this house.
