Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sandy Wheels for almost 2 weeks while in the area for a medical treatment. We had just a few but very important factors, on/close to the sea, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Sandy Wheels was all of that for us. We loved the property - the recent, modern updated kitchen and bathroom, perfectly sized/stocked kitchen, comfy king size bed, spaciousness of the rooms, and of course the sounds and breeze from the sea. But just as important was Stubbs management team. There was some work getting done on the building while we were there, and Stubbs really worked to accommodate us, moving us into another sea side property. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were set up and comfortable and when you're at a place to rest that extra care and attention means so much. We can't thank Stubbs enough for the great property and customer service. Without a doubt, when we're in the area again, we'll be calling Stubbs.

Bummed the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay but the beach access was perfect.

We loved this property!! The beach was right there, walking distance to local shops, places to eat. The house had everything we needed from beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards for our teenagers to use at the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone and will be back for sure!

Wonderful spot for enjoying all that beautiful Solana Beach has to offer. Located in a very tranquil setting yet convenient to everything. Ocean views are incredible with amazing sunsets and easy access to miles of sandy beach. Loved it!

This beautiful condo exceeded my expectations! Fay and Thaier are amazing property managers! The view from this condo is just so unreal, you have to be there physically to experience it. Beautiful sunsets and it was just full of perfection! Will definitely stay here again! The Kinaya family are the most caring and compassionate people. They definitely made my stay feel extremely welcoming. Thank you to the owners and property management team! You are the best!

We wanted a condo on the water to rest and unwind. We got it in spades! Couldn’t ask for a better location or view. Fabulous sunsets. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed was on hand. Overall an excellent experience.

A wonderful staycation for we local San Diego residents. A very comfortable, private and easy experience.

“Ocean Colors” was perfect for our recent vacation to San Diego. It was clean and modern with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view of the ocean and beach below. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the dogs playing on the beach below and saw surfers in the evening. The condos are gated and secure with convenient parking. We were able to spend time with our daughter in a quiet and peaceful setting. We would give it 6 stars if possible!
