The unit was as described. The property is very secure and the beach access is wonderful. The weather was perfect with great restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Cozy spot near the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is comfortable and remodeled, so very clean and updated. You can hear the waves at night while you lay in bed, which was fantastic. Kitchen is on the smaller side, but has everything you need. Beds are comfortable Unfortunately, we were here during a heatwave, and this unit gets very warm being on the 3rd floor - fans are provided but there’s not much cross breeze as the unit is between a couple of buildings. And WiFi was not great - in and out during our stay. But proximity to the ocean was fantastic, and community was very quiet and peaceful.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night from every room.Very well kitted out kitchen. Internet was pretty high speed although cell reception a bit patchy throughout the community. Easy parking in underground parking lot, key collection and return was simple and convenient. We arrived during an abnormally humid heatwave for coastal California and the only thing I would say is that being behind another block of condos, there was not much air flow into the apartment to cool it. The ceiling fans were not particularly powerful but we did manage to improve the sleeping situation by buying inexpensive oscillating fans that sat on the bedside tables. Most of the year excessive heat will not be a problem. Overall the apartment is fabulous, modernly decorated in a beach style theme, would definitely visit again.

Great apartment in excellent location

Reviewer Comments: The apartment is in an excellent location - the complex has a nice relaxed feel and the people we met there were very friendly, it felt very secure. The apartment is very well fitted out and equipped and was a very comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. The parking was excellent.

Love Solana Beach

Bummed the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay but the beach access was perfect.
