Every now and then I have the pleasure of accompanying realtors and prospective buyers when they are shopping to find just the right property to buy. I was lucky enough to be in that position with what is now our “The Sky’s the Limit” unit located on the 15th floor of The Falls Building. I left the viewing, came home and said, “Wow, I hope we get that one!” I am thrilled to report that we did get the opportunity to present it to you as a fabulous vacation rental option and here is why:

You will love this spacious 1150 square foot air-conditioned 2 bedroom ( 1 King and 1 Queen), 2 bathroom luxury light-filled home with its sweeping views, exquisite design, luxury finishes and an un-beatable location.
Minutes away from the Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel, this unit, designed with breathtaking views in mind, is the prime spot for your high-end urban vacation rental stay in Victoria. The floor-to ceiling windows emphasize the beauty of Downtown Victoria, which includes the Inner Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the BC Legislature, The Empress and the city itself.
The condo is finely appointed, and includes feature options like a European Schiffini Emporium collection kitchen, granite countertops, high ceilings, large balcony, air conditioning, and an electric fireplace.
Amenities in the building include a well-supplied fitness centre, as well as a large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.
With the introduction of a 100-foot cascading waterfall originating at the top of this 18-storey building, the Falls added a unique public art feature to Victoria’s downtown core when it was completed in 2009. In addition to the building’s architectural achievements, the Falls has also become one of Victoria’s leading luxury condo locations.
The two towers of the Falls occupy the east side of Douglas Street between Courtney Street and Burdett Avenue. Below the residences sits 13,000 square feet of commercial space, which includes an HSBC Bank and Brown’s Social House restaurant. And thanks to the building’s central location, residents of the Falls are literally only a few steps away from an assortment of boutique shops, fine restaurants, and vibrant nightlife spots.

Bike storage can be a tricky issue. Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. If you are bringing a bicycle, please check beforehand for bike storage options. We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

When I looked at the pictures online it just looked so inviting and I wanted to stay there. I showed it to my husband and he said...go ahead.
And then when Lawrence met us at the building and showed us around and up to the suite , we opened the door and I was thrilled!
It was a sunny day and everything was perfect. The view is amazing...day or night.
Our month stay was lovely. We could walk anywhere. Dinner, movies, groceries and other shopping. We love Victoria and hope to go back again . Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay
We had a wonderful time. The hosts were great, gave us some good advice as to where to eat, etc

We just got back from a 10 day stay in Victoria. The Falls apartment was perfect! It was a spacious and well appointed condo in the downtown area. The unit has a glorious view to watch boats and planes come and go. It was great to be able to park the car and walk to restaurants, shopping and to just see the sites. Thank you for a wonderful stay as this is our second time booking through Victoria Prime. Victoria Prime, you are a cut above the others when it comes to customer service!
WOW says it all!
I don't know where to start - this place is AMAZING! My husband & I stayed at the Sky's the Limit condo for a five night stay and we both absolutely loved it. The condo was a bit more than we needed for just the two of us but it was so worth the splurge! From the first time to the last time that you open the door, your first word will be wow when you see the incredible 15th floor views from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a balcony the full width of the unit (with a bbq, a small table & 2 chairs) but you can also see the great views while sitting in the living room. The Juan de Fuca Strait is to the left, the Inner Harbour in front of you, and downtown to the right - lovely to see in the daytime and especially beautiful at night with all the lights (bring binoculars, we did). The condo is modern, impeccably clean with very comfortable furnishings and a well organized/stocked kitchen with any pots, pans & dishes you would need as well as basics like coffee, tea, spices, plastic wrap, etc. - I would have loved to cook in this kitchen but we were on vacation so we mostly opted to eat out! Both bedrooms have the floor to ceiling windows - the master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, baskets and a large dresser for your stuff; the large master bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub & separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet; the second bathroom has a large shower. The front closet has plenty of room for your coats & footwear, and a stacked washer & dryer. The building has gated parking and is very secure. There is an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a small exercise room, on the third floor - you have to go through a lovely little landscaped garden area with a pond to get to it. You are right in the middle of the action so it can be a little lively (noisy) at night but they've even included a small white-noise machine in each bedroom which really helped - I have since bought one at home! Dealing with Victoria Prime was great - they were quick to respond to my initial inquiries and were very easy to work with; Bruce was great and met us at the parking gate, showed us to the condo, and went over the helpful information provided in the binder; Liz arrived right on time for our check-out and was lovely. We would definitely recommend using Victoria Prime for a vacation rental and we will be returning to this or another one of their condos on any future trips to Victoria!
Rates & Availability
Additional information about rental rates
PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee. CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges. CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
