LES NOYERS consists a Quercy style farmhouse with two barns, built in 1821. The lovely old farm is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Lapèze, midway between the rivers Lot and Dordogne. Set on 2.5 acres on a hill, Les Noyers is surrounded by fields, farms and woodland full of walnut and oak trees.

One barn has been tastefully converted in to 2 spacious gîtes maintaining the original character of exposed oak beams and thick stonewalls.


LE NOGIER has 3 bedrooms and a bed settee on the mezzanine for up to 6/ 8 guests.
It has his own patio, sheltered by a pergola, with a stone barbeque and garden furniture for 8. Wonderful view across the countryside as well the garden/playground with swimming pool (6x15m). Ideal for families with young children.

The front door opens into an open plan kitchen/dining room and sitting room with a log burning insert. On the ground floor is also a shower room with WC and a closet.

The staircase will lead you to the mezzanine with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and to 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with double bed also the second bathroom with shower over bath, WC and bidet.

The kitchen is excellent equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a gas stove with grill/oven, microwave and of course all the utensils and cookware necessary for a party of 8.
Les Noyers is ideal for exploring the area or just simply to relax and unwind in the garden, near the swimming pool or on your own patio. In the lawned garden you will find all the equipment for playing e.g. ping-pong, volleyball, jeu de boule or basketball and for the smaller children a sandpit and a swing. The large swimming pool (6x15m) with terraced surrounding and protective fencing can be romantic lighted at evenings.
Garden and pool are for exclusive use of the guests.
