Farm with 4 ha 35 min from Lisbon and 45 min from the beaches of the west.
House rented exclusively with 6 double rooms and 2 dormitories, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room with 100m2 overlooking a large garden with pool and grill.

The main entrance of the farm leads to the village of Ota and is therefore easy to walk to the supermarket, cafes, bakery, stationery store, pharmacy etc, with all services very close.

A perfect stay

I rented this villa for a birthday weekend and invited friends and family, and I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Everyone was very happy with their time here. The house and the land are gorgeous and it has all the amenities needed to host a big group. I would recommend it in a heartbeat ! Thanks a lot.

Quinta perfeita para férias em família

Eu e a minha família adoramos passar uns dias nesta quinta. O espaço exterior é de facto uma grande mais-valia mas o interior não fica atrás. Os espaços interiores são espaçosos o suficiente para acomodar confortavelmente toda a gente para dias de convívio e brincadeiras.No fundo a casa tem tudo o que precisam para umas férias em família ou com um grupo alargado. Uma ala de quartos grande que acomoda muita gente, sala de estar e cozinha espaçosas, e um terraço exterior coberto e zona de piscina muito agradáveis.

Algemeen goed, huis is wel echt gedateerd. Kamers niet geventileerd dus ruiken wel schimmelig en alles werd vochtig in de kamers. Niet overal horren dus als je dan een raam open zet direct veel muggen en vliegen. Keuken ook wat beperkt, klein nespresso apparaat voor een huis van 16 mensen is te beperkt.

Casa en malas condiciones

Casa vieja y con muchos desperfectos. Poco adaptado para alquilar a grandes grupos. Éramos un grupo de 15 personas.... Solo 3 ventiladores, un tostador de pan pequeño, q dejo de funcionar a los pocos días. Muebles rotos, lámparas q no encienden, Fregadero de la cocina atascado desde el primer día, y no lo arreglaron. Lavavajillas roto. Toda la cocina llena de hormigas, con higiene deficiente. Baños en malas condiciones, algunos sin ningún enchufe, cisterna rota, y escasa agua del grifo. Es verdad , q al tercer día trajeron lavavajillas nuevo y varios ventiladores más. Pero deberían acondicionar mejor la casa, y sobre todo , asegurar, antes del alquiler, que funciona todocorrectamente .

Gostamos muito da casa, correspondeu tudo as expectativas. Sentimos que a piscina precisa de uma pequena limpeza pois ficámos com calçoes manchados de verdete e notava-se que a mesma precisava de mais circulaçao de agua. Foi um fim de semana espetacular com tudo à disposição, e o host esteve sempre disponivel e foi muito simpático. Gostámos muito!

Grande ferme pouvant accueillir le nombre de personnes indiquées

Nous avons passer d'agréables vacances dans cette ferme,bien située. Les draps et les serviettes été changé toute les semaines. La piscine était suffisamment grande . Je recommande cette ferme si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances au Portugal

Goede woning die zeker geschikt is voor een grote groep mensen. Hier en daar is wat materiaal aan herstelling of vervanging toe. Vriendelijk onthaal! In het dorp is veel op loopafstand beschikbaar: bakker kleine winkel apotheek en op zondag is er een kleine lokale markt. Op minder dan 1u rijden van sintra peniche lisbon.
