Big and airy

A great apartment in a good area, the port is at the bottom of the street. The apartment has everything you may need and a huge balcony. My only negative comment is it is a bit dated and in need of a bit of modernisation. Kos old town is a couple of streets away and Lambi beach a short walk. I would stop here again.

The old style of the house is what the people like. If I do modernization I will destroy the character of the house. This is what I sell and this is what my clients like and pay for it. Thanks anyway for your nice words.

Very good location

George is very welcoming and frendly person. He made for us transfer from/to airport for free, he show us the main places at Kos city and advise all necessary shops. The location of flat is very convinient: port, beach, old town, main square - everything is near. The flat is spacious, equipped with all necessary things. Good terrase with table to have a meal outdoor.
