This comfortable and fully functional condo offers sleeping for 6 guests with spacious 1.5 baths, a fully functional kitchen including dishwasher, washer & dryer, and balcony. Located on the 13th floor, just below the penthouse. 1 private bedroom with king size bed & flat screen TV, 1 bunk bed built-in in hallway, Couch in living room is a queen sleeper for 2. Flat screen TV's in living room & bedroom both with cable TV. Free private Internet service for your use. Umbrella and chairs you can take to the beach. Free access to the pool, hot tub, and exercise room on the third floor. Outdoor BBQ's and picnic area. Book a week and get a 10% discount. WE HAVE A PRIVATE PARKING SPOT IN THE GARAGE. We really enjoyed this rental! Getting to overlook the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony on the 13th floor was such a treat. Having an assigned parking spot was great, as well as the pool and hot tub for the windy days and in the evenings while we were there. The unit was well-stocked with kitchen and household supplies. The only surprise was that the foldout couch had a slipcover on it. We got by just fine because we didn’t fold it out and just put a sheet over it. My daughter slept there that way. Thanks for such good communication, Betty! Nice stay!!

The stay was amazing! Beautiful views and great location! We arent into crowded places or tourist attractions..... yet we were close enough to hit up beach stores in orange beach and could still door dash supper yet go to restaurants in orange beach on the water for lunch! Will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The view is just gorgeous from the balcony. We spent most of our time out there taking it all in. We saw dolphins, ospreys, and so much more! The condo accommodated what we needed to cook our meals and we both slept peacefully on the king size bed. Loved our time there and we're so sad to leave!
