This Gulf Front Rental is a favorite in prestigious Secluded Dunes

Wind down Secluded Dunes at the North end of the Cape and leave your worries behind. Breathtaking views await you from your third floor living space. Kick back on our swing on the screened porch and relax.

Sunsation provides 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with a fold out sofa. Sleeps 12.

The Gulf front Master has a king sized bed and has been reconfigured and newly decorated. The Gulf front guest room has a queen bed. The bunk room has twin bunks, a full bed with a pull out trundle which will sleep 6 children. The new driveway accommodates car and boat parking.

The home is equipped with a Verizon Wireless network extender for your Verizon cell phone service. Your Verizon cell phone will work here, when hardly anywhere else on the Cape.

About Dana Langford

Steve and Dana are now local residents after moving from Georgia where Steve was in the construction business for 40 years. They have 2 daughters, Mary Ann and Dagny. The Langfords have built two new vacation rentals in Park Point subdivision which they manage, also.

They have settled into Cape living and are involved in the community. They are usually seen riding their bikes on the 9 mile bike path and checking on their job sites.

Great time at the beach!

House was great. Had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. So close to beach and surf fishing was so much fun. Got to catch fish for dinner several days. Sam, our yellow lab had so much fun running around and meeting some of the other dogs. Although weather was a little cool for swimming, we still enjoyed being on the beach!! So great to be able to walk up to st. Joseph's state park along the beach. Such a beautiful place and can't wait to get back again.

Nice house but needs a new housekeeper.

This was our 5th trip to the Cape and I was really looking forward to staying so close to the park but the house wasn't as nice as we thought it would be. You have to drive down a rough dirt road to get to the house, which is about the 10th house away from the park entrance on the beach. The house is a little older so appliances and things were older but our biggest issue was how unclean things were. The towel that was out for us to use as a bath mat in the master bath had huge holes in it, the steam shower in the master had A LOT of mold all in it, baseboards were dirty, knobs to laundry room were dirty, light switches throughout the house also dirty & window sills looked like they had never been cleaned. We met the owners (they live a couple of houses away) and they were very nice and when I told them about these things they said they would've addressed it had they known earlier. I purposely didn't say anything until we were leaving because it was Christmas and also the only way to remedy the situation would've been to have cleaners come in and clean things properly. This should have been done prior to our arrival and I didn't want cleaners in during our stay. For $3,000 a week I expected top notch accommodations and this house just didn't have it.

Owner's Response: Future Guests: We have never had a complaint about cleanliness before but in response to this review have scheduled a "deep clean" anyway for today. We work very hard to see that our property is well maintained. It is only 15 years old and we keep everything operating and up to date. We have just installed a brand new stainless steel refrigerator. The high end washer/dryer are less than two years old. The electric range has been replaced. A new 40" flat screen TV was installed in the Master Bedroom last week. Please contact us immediately if there is any complaint at all. This is the only 3 star review we've ever received and no mention of any problem was made until after the guests left (and then by email) even though we met them three times face to face while doing them favors not related to their rental agreement. We work for five stars, please help us know what you need done to help us earn five stars during your stay! Funny that no other guests before ever complained about these things. We will do all we can to see that no one does in the future. We thrill at having happy guests. Dana and Steve Langford

The property and location were absolutely beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the week of Thanksgiving and made some more fun filled memories with our friends. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home. Everything was so comfortable and relaxing and the best part is that we could bring our dog. Dana and Steve were extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay, thank you so much. We will be back.

Beautiful!!

We had the most amazing time with our collage age children and our 2 little dogs, we all loved the house, everything was clean and in working condition, the Manager was wonderful!! The views to the Beach we're to dye for!! We will be back!!! We Loved Loved Loved it!!

We had a fire on the beach after dark, and sat by the fire and had cocktails and s'mores. We rode our bikes into town, walked and rode horses on the beach at sunset, life just doesn't get any better!!

Beautiful dog-friendly beach house!
