This Gulf Front Rental is a favorite in prestigious Secluded Dunes

Wind down Secluded Dunes at the North end of the Cape and leave your worries behind. Breathtaking views await you from your third floor living space. Kick back on our swing on the screened porch and relax.

Sunsation provides 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with a fold out sofa. Sleeps 12.

The Gulf front Master has a king sized bed and has been reconfigured and newly decorated. The Gulf front guest room has a queen bed. The bunk room has twin bunks, a full bed with a pull out trundle which will sleep 6 children. The new driveway accommodates car and boat parking.

The home is equipped with a Verizon Wireless network extender for your Verizon cell phone service. Your Verizon cell phone will work here, when hardly anywhere else on the Cape.

About Dana Langford

Steve and Dana are now local residents after moving from Georgia where Steve was in the construction business for 40 years. They have 2 daughters, Mary Ann and Dagny. The Langfords have built two new vacation rentals in Park Point subdivision which they manage, also.

They have settled into Cape living and are involved in the community. They are usually seen riding their bikes on the 9 mile bike path and checking on their job sites.

FANTASTIC property for beach vacation!

We just spent a week at Sunsation and were so sad to leave! The property is a perfect place for a beach vacation! It looks like the pictures, the beach is just right out the front door. As the other reviewers mentioned, the screened porch is absolutely awesome! There is a swing and a table with 4 chairs. There were 5 of us so we brought out one of the bar chairs from the inside and had all our meals on the porch. We were there in early June and it wasn't too hot at all so the porch was where we spent a lot of our time. We had two rainy days and learned that we also love rainy beach days.

Our son did lots of fishing , all right out in front of the property. He caught a wide variety of fish, including sting rays. He fished in the rain and kept catching!

Because you're in Secluded Dunes, the beach is not crowded at all - it's only the folks in the homes next to you, and the state park beach is literally just a few homes down, so the beach is never crowded.

We stopped at Piggly Wiggly and cooked almost all our meals in the kitchen. It was well equipped for what we needed. We grilled out every night and the grill worked great.

The inside den has a good layout with a large dining table, bar seating, and the big couch - it was all very comfortable.

The elevator was a life saver. We have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They aren't used to stairs so the elevator was great for getting them up and down and for loading/unloading. They have a yard area right there on the property for the dogs to relieve themselves. I really enjoyed walking them out back and night will all the sounds of frogs and other night sounds in the area!

The owners are super responsive. While there we just had a minor issue with and met Steve out back and he came in immediately and fixed it, and it wasn't anything we really needed fixed ASAP. They are great owners, very responsive throughout the entire process - booking, arrival, questions while there, etc.

We booked this home to celebrate our grandson's graduation from high school and a great time was had by all. If you don't want to cook one night, just head up to Cone Heads - great burgers, chicken basket, and fish basket.

The beds are comfortable so you will sleep well!

This home is a great choice - you'll have a BLAST! Thank you Dana and Steve!

Wonderful house, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay very much. THe house was was perfect for us. It's not a vacation without my dogs and they also loved the beautiful peaceful location. Definitely plan to come again and again!!

Sensational time at Sunsation

The house was well-appointed and clean. Really appreciated the elevator to help with luggage and groceries! The living areas are on the upper level, allowing for terrific views and cool breezes. The owners were so helpful when we had questions. We stayed for two weeks but wish it had been two months!!
