You name it, we got it! Check out this Gulf front home that is only steps from the beach with all the amenities you could imagine.

You Name It! has 5 bedrooms (3 Kings/ 2 Doubles/ 2 Bunk Beds).

Spend the day in the ocean or relaxing in the "gulf front elevated/heated pool" that overlooks not only the beach, but also the beach volleyball court. Spend some time playing Shuffleboard, challenge your family to a Cornhole or Ping Pong Tournament or just sit back and spot the dolphins swimming in the ocean.

After a full day in the sun, this newly constructed 5 bed/6 bath home is the perfect place to grill out by the pool or wind down and relax on the screened in porch where you're able to catch the spectacular sunset as it creates panoramic views across the house. This home is handicap accessible and can be moved about with ease in a wheelchair (it is not qualified as ADA).

We had one of our best family Christmas and stays at the beach! We arrived at the spotless house which is light, bright and inviting with a perfect layout of being able to hang out in the open concept kitchen, dining, living area, playing ping pong, corn hole or shuffle board or just reading a book on the beautifully screened in porch or spacious deck by the pool. No one was ever bored!We also had a parent in a mobility chair and the elevator and layout of the house made it easy for her to maneuver around. The bathroom was accessible for her as well though the built in shower bench was a bit high for her it was easily remedied with a portable shower bench. The highlight was of course the beautiful beach, easily accessible directly from the house with plenty of chairs and beach toys provided by the house. Our dog experienced the beach for the first time and loved it though the moving salty water confused him at first . We made s’mores over a bonfire on Christmas Eve which was a treat! The hosing off station for the dog, fish cleaning station and out door shower are priceless to have after a day at the beach and successful fishing. The 1/2 bath downstairs was also a huge plus when hanging out downstairs or at the beach.Just a perfect holiday with family in this beautiful home and its perfect location! We will consider coming back with friends and family in the future. Thank you for the memories

The view from the porch and pool deck was amazing. The short walk to the beach was awesome. We loved the kitchen and coffee bar. We had almost everything we needed. It was a great place for my handicapped sister.

The property is just as listed, but it is so much better in person. When we first arrived, there was an issue with the elevator, but the owner was super responsive, and the elevator was fixed quickly. There are enough plates and cutlery to feed an army, the cookware was plentiful and in good condition. Plus glasses and cups of every kind. The location is perfect and so private. We had our own boardwalk to the beach, and enough chairs and floatees for everyone. We are hoping to return again next year if possible!

I can’t stress enough how amazing this house was. We have been vacationing along the panhandle Gulf Coast for nearly a decade now, and this is truly the most stunning beach rental we’ve stayed in. The pictures of the house – although gorgeous – don’t even do it justice. It’s so incredibly well designed and spacious. And everything being on one level, which is rare for beach houses, made it even better. It also came equipped with everything imaginable. The views from it are beyond beautiful and everything about it was so relaxing. Being able to walk out the back door to the beach was something I truly cherished! Whether for sunrise walks, beach days, or watching the sunset, I spent more time on the beach than I had in years. While it was just my husband and I, and our two smaller pups, staying there, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more family-friendly place and truly can’t wait to visit here again in the future as we grow our family. Book this place if you have the opportunity – I promise you won’t regret it!!

Perfect place for 3 families

We LOVED the 3 King rooms and that everyone stays on the same floor. The path to the beach was great as was the garage level bathroom. The garage level fridge, ping pong table, and corn hole were extra fun. The VB court is fun but our kids kept hitting the ball into the brambles ;). The kitchen was pretty stocked. We cooked every night. There are plenty of cups and silverware. The grill worked well. The oven seems to run a little cool but we made it work ok. We’ve already booked to go back next year.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This property was amazing! The location was fantastic. We loved having private access to the beach and it was a quick walk/bike ride to the trading post. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want. Finding an accessible house that also allows pets is a rare find and this met all of our needs. We can wait to visit again!

Fantastic Vacation

What a fantastic week in Cape San Blas! We shared the house with another family and fit so comfortably. We had 6 kids in total, ages 5-12, and everyone had a comfortable place to retreat for some privacy. We loved having everything on one level, with gorgeous views of the beach. The beach area in front of the house is nice and deep (if you walk further up the coast you will see that some areas have a very narrow beach). There are currently empty lots on each side of the house, so we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is small but it was enough to entertain our kids and we were glad we had it heated in April. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. We appreciated the ice machine and an extra fridge down in the garage. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom. The property manager, Mare, was super responsive and helpful. If you stay here, we recommend Weber's Donuts (get there before they open and bring coffee and a book while you wait... it's worth it).

Quiet Beach Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in the winter season. Loved the quiet location and spending time walking the beach each day. The home is exactly as advertised, we hope to be back again someday.

We were a group of 9 - 2 teens, 3 senior citizens 80+ and 4 in their 50s - we gathered for Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time together. Love the layout of the house, all bedrooms are on the perimeter and big open space in the middle with kitchen, dining and living room. Loved the outdoor seating too. A great house for people with mobility challenges. Beautiful view, lovely sounds and a house well decorated and looked after. Oh, and there is an EV charger which was a big bonus for us. Excellent communication with host.

Very nice house, number of bedrooms was perfect for our family of grandparents,kids,grandkids. Pool very, very much enjoyed by kids. Liked that it was shallow enough for a non-swimming grandma to walk in, so I was able to watch the kids while parents were on the beach. Had a wonderful vacation here.

The BEST property on the Cape!!

This is our family’s all-time favorite place to stay on the Cape.. There were 12 of us staying for the week and we had plenty of room with all accommodations.. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, everything was very clean on arrival. The management was, very accessible and answered any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay at “You Name It” again and again.

Phenomenal!!

Beautiful place!! Looks just like the pictures, but better. Views are fantastic, especially for sunsets! The pool is a perfect place to cool off and the kids enjoyed playing. Quick walk to beach. Owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have all you could possibly want ot need.

Family Vacation 2024

What a beautiful place. Everything we expected. This 5 bedroom home accommodated our large family with a vacation we will not forget. The beach was beautiful, with spectacular sunsets. The private pool let us relax with our little grandson. We had campfires on the beach, ping-pong tournaments, and great family meals at the large dinning room table with the help of a fully equipped kitchen. We will be back.

Secluded Beach Getaway

We took a much needed family vacation. The house was perfect! Though we only used a couple bedrooms, it could hold a much larger group. The beach was quiet and away from some of the more densely built parts of the beach. The house is located closer to middle of the peninsula, which is nice if you have to drive into PSJ. It’s also walkable to Weber’s Donuts! The house has a lot of toys for the beach so don’t worry about buying stuff to entertain the kids, there’s more than enough there (and we added a kite to that list). Only suggestion for guests is that the house didn’t have (or we couldn’t find) some basic kitchen needs, so plan to buy or bring S&P, Spices, Ziploc Bags, Tupperware, Tall Garbage Bags, Olive Oil, etc. but again, this is nothing compared to the overall experience and location. I also REALLY appreciated that the gas grill is hooked into the houses natural gas system, so no need to worry about propane! Was a great trip!

1st Gathering

Property is great. House has all accessories you need to cook meals except spices. Game room was nice. Lots of sports stuff and beach chairs and beach toys to use. Beach was not very crowded. The one drawback was kids bunk beds. They were flimsy and very creaky. Other than that, you’ll love the property
